The localized product "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM PROF for Belarus" is intended for process automation of customer relationship management (CRM) and allows to organize effective work of sales departments, service maintenance, marketing and service of quality of the company at all stages of customer interaction. Accounting and tax accounting is kept according to the current legislation of Republic of Belarus. Product "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM PROF for Belarus" is released by 1C Company and 1C-Rarus company together with Misoft NVP.

"1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" represents the convenient analytical CRM system allowing to automate business customer relationship management processes, suppliers and partners. This solution can be quickly implemented in the companies of small, medium and large business regardless of the industry and features of sales process (sale, frequent and fast or rare and long on time).

"1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" allows to solve the following problems:

"1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" in edition 2.0

1C-Rarus together with the Minsk colleagues from Misoft NVP was released fall of 2014 of "1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" in edition 2.0. The fresh version updated and added with a number of new opportunities became even more effective tool for creation of productive customer relations and suppliers (CRM) and also the organizations of internal business processes of company (BPM).

"1C:CRM PROF for Belarus, 2.0" includes new options: an opportunity for work with the decision via the Internet without loss of functionality; the simplified user interface allowing to differentiate more flexibly access rights; high-quality improvement of a management subsystem by business processes (BPM): the user can create routemaps of business processes, edit and configure them in the 1C: Enterprise mode (without programmnirovaniye); an opportunity to plan sales, contacts with clients and the plan fact for "A funnel of sales"; new subsystem of time-management and notifications; new management subsystem projects; ability to integrate with new generation of management decisions of 1C Company.

"1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" in edition 1.4

On July 16, 2014 reported 1C-Rarus - the solution "1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" is updated. Works are carried out together with Misoft NVP. When developing functionality of new edition 1.4 five years' experience of automation of the companies from different spheres of business is considered. New editorial office "1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" allows to use standard or to create original business processes and to manage effectively them, to optimize settlement, in details to analyze work with clients.

Updates affected sections:

  • Management of the customer base. The card of the client contains all necessary contact information and the complete history of relationship. The feature for quick search according to the list of partners and their contact persons is added. The report "The analysis of partners" allows to do selections for the subsequent analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Calendar. Now in it not only all scheduled events, but also the current and outstanding tasks are displayed. The tool planning and fixing customer interactions is added. Can browse the calendar at the same time several users, in the presence of the appropriate rights.
  • Relationship with the client. The list of the planned and last events can be browsed with different types of selections. The report "The analysis of events" allows to analyze events by the number of documents, a document amount, quantity and the amount of the nomenclature, labor costs.
  • Management of transactions. The program allows to perform input of the document "Invoice for payment", registration of shipment and payment on it, account printing. For operational obtaining information on a status of settlement it is possible to create the special report "The Sheet on Settlement with Partners".
  • Business process management (VRM). Features to start new business processes are added and to browse current and also to have near at hand the user task list on them. The full stroke from creation and start of business process to the analysis of its efficiency and change is implemented.

New edition "1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" supports a possibility of bilateral data exchange with programs "1C: Accounting 8 for Belarus" and "1C: Accounting 7.7 for Belarus". The solution can be also built in the standard accounting and industry solutions of 1C Company working in the mode of the normal application.

Product update is available to all registered users having the current agreement of information and technology maintenance ("1C:ITS International"). The necessary condition for transition to the new version - existence of the 1C: Enterprise platform is not lower 8.2.19 versions and the solutions "1C:CRM PROF for Belarus" of the version not lower than 1.4.8.1.
