The Softline company won the tender for implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in PIK Group.

For successful development and preserving of the leading positions the companies working at the real estate market and constructions need to build up long-term customer relations and to manage effectively base of a real estate. For business process optimization on work with potential clients, increases in efficiency of managers, the qualified management of base of clients and a real estate the management of PIK Group made the decision on need of implementation of CRM.
According to the results of the tender the management of PIK Group selected the offer of Softline company – the solution for professional participants of the market of construction and the real estate based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Support by industry solution of Softline company of implementation of the project by setup became a decisive factor when choosing a system, without requiring development of new functionality "from scratch" that reduces the cost and terms of implementation of implementation.

The first stage
On July 26, 2011 the Softline company started project implementation of implementation of industry solution on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform in PIK Group.
Within the project which will cover regional divisions of the company the full stroke of works will be automated: from input and maintaining client information before management of marketing campaigns. The number of users of the CRM solution will be more than 100.
Tasks
Main objective of an implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in PIK Group is creation of the uniform organizational technology platform allowing to implement the following key tasks: creation of the uniform data warehouse on construction objects and the real estate, partners, agreements; obtaining functionality for performance improvement of work of managers of the company and, as a result, increase in sales volume and revenue; creation of the mechanism for flexible formation and setup of the analytical reporting; receiving a possibility of flexible adaptation in case of change of business processes or the legislation; integration with other external sources of information for ensuring integrity and data consistency.
The team of specialists of Softline will perform an implementation project of industry solution on the platform of the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 which distinctive features are powerful analytical opportunities, the role interface, expanded planning features and control of activity of divisions and employees. As a result of project implementation it is going to automate regional managers of PIK Group company (9 offices) and also to perform integration with 1C, the website and call center.
Outputs and expectations
"By the beginning of an implementation project the IT landscape is in PIK Group at quite high level that imposes increased requirements to interfaces, flexibility and, in general, to functionality of a new solution. During the project we will try to save all best practices which were in Group, to provide convenience of work to users and also to introduce the new ideas on implementation of business requirements of the customer", – Maria Korshunova emphasizes.
