Start of the solution Flextera on service of payments and transfers to VKB

Due to the transition to a new stage of business development on service of payments and transfers, Bank the high-tech, scalable solution capable to support about 300 transactions a day was required. For accomplishment of this task the decision on implementation of a complex of the software of a line of FLEXTERA from Diasoft company was made. The choice of the supplier is not accidental – effective cooperation of the organizations lasts more than five years, and during this time partners implemented many successful projects.

FLEXTERA "The Complete Solution on Payments and Transfers without Opening of the Account" is a finished software product for business process automation of acceptance, storage and processing of client requests for implementation of payments to operators of services and transfers to the address of individuals interacting with integrators of money transfer systems.

The solution FLEXTERA includes the back office which is responsible for accounting of transactions, processing of requests and effected payments, the front office which is completely solving problems of operational customer service, the module of management of the customer base providing online access to customer information and partners both the adapter to payment systems and transfers – for interaction with interfaces of the specialized agents providing access at once to several payment systems.

The solution uses technologies of "single window" – the operator is saved from need to switch from one work area to another: concentration of all information in one window promotes reduction of quantity of errors, accelerates work, increases the general flow of customer service and efficiency of business process in general.

Specialists of Diasoft in a short time brought the solution into commercial operation and integrated it with the Diasoft FA# system of version 6.8 existing in VKB. In the nearest future the innovation Diasoft software product installed at the Kazan office will be integrated with three payment systems – "Close", MiG and Leader.

As a result of implementation of FLEXTERA "The Complete Solution on Payments and Transfers without Opening of the Account" the bank had an opportunity to reduce information processing time, to exclude double entry of data, to minimize quantity of the errors resulting from action of "a human factor", to increase a flow of customer service and to increase quality of service.
