JSC Oboronenergosbyt (system implementation of MOTIV)

Some specialists of JSC Oboronenergosbyt were familiar with a management system for MOTIV company and earlier - during work in JSC IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo. As the opinion on the MOTIVE system developed positive, was decided to hold negotiations with MOTIWARE company concerning implementation MOTIV in JSC Oboronenergosbyt.

The main objective which should be solved was usual - workflow automation. To system implementation document flow was for 100% paper - the entering / outgoing letters, agreements, draft documents, orders and memos. In February, 2011 all organizational issues were finally agreed and in March, 2011 specialists of MOTIWARE started system implementation. Within the first stage 108 users of head division were entered. If to consider 12 branches across all Russia - the total number of personnel will exceed 1500. It is planned that at the end of 2011 1100 users will be entered. And in 2012 all staff of JSC Oboronenergosbyt and branches will be entered into a system for work.

System implementation of MOTIV passes quickly and in June, 2011 340 users were connected. As the MOTIVE system is easy-to-customize and also has the simple interface, employees cannot begin to work actively in a system from the first days of connection.
