Avenir IT Solutions has completed the commissioning phase of the Avenir Purchase Manager procurement management system. This solution automates the processing of incoming invoices by linking them to purchase requisitions and to purchase orders. It facilitates and accelerates interaction both within the company and with external counterparties-suppliers.

To simplify the daily work of Prysmian employees, we implemented the following business processes:

  • Creation of applications from departments for the purchase of goods and services
  • Multilevel approval of requests from departments by routes
  • Creation of purchase orders for goods or services (bids)
  • Approval of orders by top managers of the company
  • Inbound Account Management (Scanning and Accounting)
  • Supplier Interaction Business Processes
  • Integration with the accounting system and "bank-client"
  • Analytical reporting

The interesting thing is that the product helps the work of both line employees and management specialists. Firstly, it provides control over daily operations, and secondly, it simplifies and speeds up the activities of ordinary employees thanks to the automation of most functions.

One of the advantages of the implementation is the optimization of business processes, which ensures the transparency of all operations. This makes it possible to reduce the delivery time of goods to end users and eliminate delays in the formation of the necessary management reporting.
