The Russian Navigation Technologies (RNT) company announced project completion on business process automation of control of transport of AMOTEA Engineering Group Ltd holding (further: "AMOTEA"), the largest construction enterprise of the Ural region (enters into Spetsgazmontazh group). A technical basis of the implemented solution became GLONASSGPS system / monitoring and control of transport "Autotracker". The project is executed with the assistance of regional representative office of RNT in Yekaterinburg.

The main directions of development of AMOTEA Engineering Group holding are construction, major repair and reconstruction of objects of an oil and gas complex, industrial and civil engineering and also design and construction of facilities of power. The main customer of "AMOTEA" in an oil and gas sector – the largest enterprise in the field of transportation of natural gas of Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk LLC (child structure of the JSC Sibnefteprovod company belonging to JSC Gazprom and JSC Transneft). More than 10 years the AMOTEA company conducts productive activity in the construction markets of the Ural Federal District – the Sverdlovsk and Tyumen regions, in KhMAO and YaNAO.

Today the structure of AMOTEA Engineering Group holding includes about 20 affiliated enterprises of a construction profile and adjacent specializations. All of them widely use cargo transport and different special equipment in the work. Respectively, increase in management efficiency of them is an important task for which solution the AMOTEA company implemented the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management system one and a half years ago. In 2010, in parallel with this implementation, the company started the new project which purpose were full automation of a monitoring system of the CU and creation on this basis of an end-to-end system of control of motor transport.

The monitoring system Avtotreker was selected from result of tender and testing. At the same time, along with the level of implementation of fixed functions of monitoring of transport, the customer considered: financial stability of supplier company and innovation of its solutions; positive reviews on already implemented large projects; existence of representations and service centers for system maintenance in the territory where transport of holding works; abilities to integrate proposed solution about "1C: Motor Vehicle Management" and other ERP systems.

Within the new project in AMOTEA Engineering Group holding the dispatching center is created, the Avtotreker system is unrolled and its integration with the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management complex is performed that allowed to exclude completely manual transactions during the collecting, consolidation and input of primary data in this complex. Besides, 100 KAMAZ dump trucks were connected to the created monitoring system, and works were performed on a measure of their receipt from automobile works. From the additional hardware installed on these by the CU we will note sensors of engine hours and high-precision AT-FLM fuel flow sensors. It allowed not only to improve a system of accounting of fuel and lubricants, but also to create complete data packets for transfer in an enterprise management system. Let's note also that during implementation processes of approval, write-off and accounting of fuel were changed at the organizational level that increased economic effect.

Now development plans for a corporate system of monitoring of transport of AMOTEA Engineering Group holding are drawn already up. So, over time all transport park making now about 800 CU will be connected to it. Also the subsystem of accounting of fuel consumption on refuelers which should grow in the system of end-to-end control of the movement fuel and lubricants in AMOTEA Engineering of Groups company on all way from the supplier (oil refinery) to use of motor transport and special equipment on construction sites and on remote objects of repair of main gas pipelines will gain further development.
