The administration of Kursk region implements electronic service of registration of acceptance by doctors of health facilities

CORUS Consulting "Making an appointment with the doctor" (Electronic registry) developed for Kursk region electronic state service.

About the Project

"The regional portal of the public and municipal services of Kursk region" is the standard solution developed in 2009 by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The information resource of the region provides providing the public and municipal services to citizens. The solution of Corus Consulting is from two parts: the Electronic Registry system (a part of the medical information system used in medical institution) and the module of its integration into "The portal of the public and municipal services".

By means of the website it is possible to select the area, the doctor, date, time and to register in acceptance to the specialist.

Opinion

"One of relevant services in area scales at the moment is electronic making an appointment with the doctor, - the Head of Department "A public sector and medicine" of Corus Consulting Inna Ashenbrenner comments. – Experience of other regions showed that using electronic record it is possible to fight effectively against queues in clinics. At the same time, a system quickly enough is implemented, is simple in use both registrars of health facilities, and patients. Implementation of Electronic registry in regions is prevented or lack of communication channels in health facilities, or by their insufficient capacity and quality and also insufficient equipment of health facilities the computer equipment. I hope, the project on upgrade of health care which should begin after all in August, 2011 will help to solve these problems".
