The Matrix IT company started a pilot project on automation of commercial accounting of energy resources on objects of management company Trust of Housing LLC to Sterlitamak. The automated system implemented during the project allows to take far off, online, readings from metering devices of thermal and electrical energy, to create necessary reports and diagrams.

Start of a pilot project was performed in two apartment houses of Sterlitamak which are objects of UK Trest zhilishchnogo hozyaystva LLC. Remote data collection is organized from 18 metering devices of thermal and electrical energy.

The system created in the course of a pilot project allows:

  • far off, online, to obtain data from metering devices;
  • store and analyze the acquired information;
  • to quickly obtain information on failures in operation of the engineering equipment, metering stations;
  • signal in case of an exit of controlled parameters out of limits of settings;
  • estimate reliability of indications and calculate the substituting information;
  • to automatically create all necessary reports, to visualize information in a schedule type and tables.

Also created system allows to solve problems which often arise at manual collecting of indications with involvement of inspectors. First, the questions connected with inopportuneness and not efficiency of providing indications are excluded at once, secondly, do not arise difficulties when checking reliability of indications of metering devices – a system does it automatically, and, thirdly, if the metering device fails, information on it arrives at once that allows to fix problems timely.

During creation of an automated system of commercial accounting of energy resources serially released industrial equipment was used that provides reliability of a system and minimization of cost of service further. The created system, in comparison with similar, has low cost counting on one metering station. Low cost is reached thanks to an opportunity by only one set of the equipment to obtain information from all metering devices of the different energy resources set in one house.

During the presentation of a pilot project, specialists of management company stated offers on development of the created system. Considering usefulness of these offers, the decision them is made in the nearest future to implement.
