Hardware and software system "The automated system of commercial accounting of Matriks energy resources, developed by specialists of Matrix IT company and intended for remote data collection from metering stations of energy resources, allows to obtain now data also from non-volatile pulse metering devices of energy resources (water, gas, the electric power) on wireless technology. At the same time the distance to the objects connected to the ASCAPC system is not limited.

Since July 1, 2013 became effective specific provisions of Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 442 of 5/4/2012 according to which consumers of electrical energy need to provide data on hourly indications of metering devices to the guaranteeing supplier. In case of lack of hourly accounting, the power supply company expects the volume of the delivered electrical energy on the maximum consumption according to the stated power in the agreement power supply. It leads to considerable rise in price of the electric power.

The Matrix IT company developed the new version for implementation of requirements of PPRF No. 442 program appratnogo the ASKUE-Matriks complex which provides:

  • the automated collection of data on hourly and half-hour volumes of electricity consumption;
  • data storage and graphical analysis of all inventory data;
  • report generation in the standard formats accepted by power supply companies (XML 80020, XLS, etc.);
  • automatic transfer of reports in power supply company;
  • accounting data access from any point having connection to the Internet.

Implementation of "the ASCAPC of Matriks" will allow

  • fulfill the requirements of PPRF No. 442 of 5/4/2012;
  • to considerably reduce costs on electricity consumption;
  • select an optimal price category for calculations for the electric power

2014: ASCAPC of Matriks Online

On April 2, 2014 the Matrix IT company announced a release of the new version - the cloud electric power fiscal metering system "ASCAPC of Matriks Online".


Description

The ASCAPC of Matriks Online electric power fiscal metering system provides automatic data acquisition from electric power metering devices, automatic formation and transfer of standard models by e-mail. A system is focused information on power supply companies.

The ASCAPC of Matriks Online system conforms to requirements of Government decree No. 442 of 5/4/2012

"the ASCAPC of Matriks Online" is implemented using cloud computing. The offered service will allow the enterprises to create the ASCAPC with the minimum costs and to considerably reduce costs for its further contents. For work the computer of average output connected to the Internet suffices.

The cost of creation of the ASCAPC on 1 point of accounting - from 5600 rub.

2015: Updating of a HSS of Matriks-Energoresursy

Main objective of development of updating of a HSS of Matriks-Energoresursy - ensuring operational work along with a large number of objects, different node types of accounting, data transmission channels. The functionality of the telemetry allowing to carry out dispatching of consumption of energy resources in a real mode of time is expanded. Works on improvement of design, informational content of a complex are carried out. The instrument of reports generation is improved.

This version of a HSS of Matriks-Energoresursy most fully takes into account all comments and proposals of our clients. With respect thereto, we express gratitude to the staff of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Ufa LLC, the staff of UZhKH LLC Mr. Agidel. In Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Ufa LLC a system is used for telemetry and accounting of gas consumption since 2011. A survey of more than 3000 objects is carried out. In Agidel PAK "Matriks-Energoresursy" use since 2012 for house and apartment accounting of heat, the electric power, the WAN and HVS of all city.

In the latest version, the main method of data access is the Web interface. Thus, each enterprise - the consumer of energy resource, can get access to the data, without developing at himself a system, without spending funds for implementation and maintenance of own automated system of accounting of energy resources. "Matriks - Energy resources" provides to a HSS clients with necessary report forms, a possibility of import to Excel, a PDF form.

The line of Matriks controllers is considerably expanded. HSS equipment "Matriks: Energy resources" allows:

  • Use different communication channels;
  • Read out information from counters with all widespread digital interfaces or from the counters having only a pulse exit;
  • Provide joint reading from one counter with several complexes (function - "transit key");
  • Reserve data transmission channels, for example - two cellular operators;
  • Read out telemetric information (dry contacts, analog input);
  • Connect to one controller of several metering stations;
  • Work in non-volatile execution;
  • Transfer GPS data.
