The IT equipped with a multimedia complex a conference room of Rosstat

In honor of the 200 anniversary the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) held a scientific and practical conference in the new conference room equipped state-of-the-art. The project on creation of a multimedia complex of a conference room was executed by IT company.

At the end of June, 2011 Rosstat celebrated the 200 anniversary of formation of the public statistical service in Russia. To anniversary the conference room of central office of Rosstat in which meetings of boards and expanded meetings of workers of a system of state statistics are regularly held was upgraded. Participants of the anniversary conference "Russian State Statistics and Calls of the 21st Century" could appreciate technology advantages of a new conference room.

The project of upgrade implemented by IT assumed creation of comfortable conditions for holding the actions expected large audience. Specialists of IT equipped with the multimedia equipment of a zone of presidium, the speaker, listeners and technical support. The created complex allows the staff of Rosstat to work with different audiovisual information, is convenient in operation for users with different level of training and also is harmoniously combined with design of the hall.

All necessary means for collective work were a part of a multimedia complex:
• the system of information visualization based on the big Euroscreen screen with a total area nearly 37 sq.m (7х5.25 m) and a powerful projector of Barco with a dalnofokusny lens, a luminous flux of 21,000 ANSI of lm and also LCD monitors as duplicative means of display
• the sound reinforcement system from active Bag End speaker systems and Clockaudio radiomicrophones
• the digital Ateis audioplatform for mix, processing and transfer of audiosignals
• switching system of signal sources of Extron
• a congress system with function of synchronous translation Televic
• the integrated management system based on Crestron technology

Specialists of IT developed flexible scenarios of display of presentation materials on the screen and monitors of delegates of presidium in the mode of a meeting and conference. Thanks to it the possibility of a convenient output to information visualization tools from a tribune of the speaker, a table of presidium and attendant workstation was implemented. At the expense of the thought-over system of distribution and gain of audiosignals high-quality processing and a sound playback is provided, including effective suppression of the return acoustic communication and an echo is reached. The operator performing support of actions using the touchpad easily manages all elements of a multimedia complex as to a whole.
