Viktori, shop of nail cosmetics (1C: Integrated Automation 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated sales management, customer relationship management (CRM), accounting, tax and personnel records, and also payroll calculation and personnel management in Viktori company. This not first successful cooperation of the company with BIT. In 2009 we automated shop of nail cosmetics of VIKTORI studio in Moscow – a workplace of the cashier, and created effective protection of goods of shop against thefts later.

The VIKTORI company is a wide network of training centers on manicure, a pedicure, modeling and design of nails, eyelash extension and an epilation, and also shops with nail cosmetics. Today in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries more than 30 training centers of VIKTORI company are opened. The training center of the company was open for the first pupils in 1996. Since 1996 from schools more than 11500 graduates who became repeated winners of the championships of Russia, the Olympic Games and international contests were let out.

The Viktori company began to work in "1C: Enterprise 7.7. Complex delivery". But with development and expansion of the company, the decision to pass to "1C:Enterprise 8" was made. In 2011 the company thanks to BIT passed to "1C: Integrated Automation 8". Specialists of our company did everything possible that transition to the new software product was painless.

At the moment in Viktori company 20 jobs are automated, for the purpose of increase in efficiency of personnel the company passed to the new powerful server and for work in the SQL mode.

• Sales volumes of the company increased by 10%, managers became more effective to work with clients and distributors at the expense of the CRM block and configuration change
