The 1C-Rarus company automated an enterprise management system in Elin's SIEMENS LLC using "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of the construction organization". Implementation of "1C:Enterprise 8" allowed the management to provide the high level of management and financial control over projects.

"Siemens Elin" - Ortner Group joint venture and Siemens AG. Is engaged in design, delivery and installation of engineering and electrical systems of buildings (ventilation, heating, cold supply, a water supply system, the sewerage, electrical equipment, weak currents). The company works at domestic market of Austria, has subsidiary companies in Poland, Croatia and Russia. The state – about 1600 employees.

Project objective – creation of the automated control system for the enterprise in "Elin's SIEMENS" on a basis "1C:Enterprise 8".

The main requirements to an information system were defined:

  • Ensuring control over projects; an opportunity to consolidate data on construction projects on the basis of a uniform technique of accounting;
  • Minimization of cost of operational receiving necessary financial information, ensuring its reliability and transparency for conducting high-quality management accounting;
  • Fast providing reporting under corporate standards for shareholders.

The choice of a system was caused also by a possibility of its completion upon the demand of the Customer, existence of a security system.

The partner in automation selected 1C-Rarus company having extensive work experience with corporate clients.

Within the automated control system of Elin's SIEMENS LLC an inventory control, accounting of goods, materials are completely started in work: purchases, stock forming, settlement with suppliers.

For Elin's SIEMENS LLC forces 1C-Rarus configured budget management, budgeting, treasury on the Austrian methodology.

1C-Rarus also in full configured accounting, tax accounting, registration of personnel according to the Russian standards of accounting.

Thus, Elin's SIEMENS LLC has the common information space created 1C-Rarus based on the software solution of 1C Company.

The Customer got the following advantages in a project deliverable:

  • Monitoring and financial analysis of the company is provided:
    • there was an opportunity to control and to manage quickly costs, including through establishment of limits of use of resources;
    • conduct contrastive analysis of the planned and received results, profitability analysis of separate projects; analysis of the budget;

  • It improved economic justification of the made decisions;
  • The transparency of activity of the company for the top management and shareholders due to efficiency and correctness of providing the used data is provided that promotes increase in trust from investors;
  • Costs for construction materials are optimized;
  • Operational acceptance of management decisions on adjustment of projects with a low margin is provided;
  • Manual transactions at a reporting preparation that allows to avoid "mechanical errors" and as result – distortions of the reporting are excluded.
