1C-Rarus automated budget accounting in the improving Vatutinki complex

Specialists of 1C-Rarus company automated budget accounting in the improving Vatutinki complex - Branch of federal state institution "The improving Bor complex of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation. The information system in the organization is created on the basis of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product. The solution allows employees of an improving complex to keep budget account according to standards of the Russian legislation.

Automation of budget accounting in an improving complex was intended to solve the following problems:

Project implementation allowed the management of an improving complex to reach assigned tasks and also in addition to conduct the following types of accounting:

• Accounting of transactions of finishing budget data and cash execution;
• Accounting of settlings with suppliers and contractors;
• Accounting of the public (municipal) contracts, other agreements which are subject to execution at the expense of budgetary funds and means from revenue-producing activities;
• Accounting of settlings with debtors.

The software product also allows the staff of OK to create Vatutinki a set of standard reports, registers of budget accounting and the regulated reporting – budget, statistical, tax.
