Specialists of data center "1C-Rarus" automated sections of customer relationship management and sale in Medeks company. The 1C: CRM 8 PROF software product of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" helps to organize effective work of departments at all stages of customer interaction of the medical company.
Using an information system it was going to solve the following problems:
- Creation of base of clients and history of relationship with them;
- Planning and control of actions of employees;
- Business process management on work with clients;
- Sales management of the medical equipment.
The 1C: CRM 8 PROF software product developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform became a basis of such system. As the contractor on the project invited the developer of the software solution – 1C-Rarus company.
Specialists 1C-Rarus automated 10 jobs. In a new information system effective work on all sections of customer interaction is organized:
- Management of the customer base, detailed information on each client and contact person, reflection of dynamics of state change of customer relations;
- Contact management with clients, accounting of history and planning of contacts, registration of requirements;
- Coordination of work of employees with clients, possibility of reminders and issues of tasks;
- Management of stages and stages of sale, creation of standards in the field of communication, preparation of commercial offers;
- Segmentation of clients and management of marketing campaigns;
- Ensuring mass call-down of clients on the set scenario of a conversation (telemarketing);
- Service and warranty service.
In a project deliverable accomplishment of routine transactions and preparation of reports is also facilitated. The information system allows to create different types of reports: on sales, results of work of employees, clients.
