OMNINET announces a successful completion of an implementation project of the automated control system for incidents and requests for service of users of information systems of MICEX constructed based on OMNITRACKER.

As a result of work on the project, based on OMNITRACKER incident management processes, by service requests, managements of works and the analytical reporting under processes were automated. As the basis for creation of process of management of configurations, is designed resource and service model, the database structure of configuration management (CMDB) is described.

Initially the project covered the Center of operation and software and hardware, the Center of information and technical support and the Center of maintenance and development of corporate information systems of MICEX Ltd. Now the solution was replicated by forces of Department of management of services on Group of MICEX.

Process of management of works was implemented as the uniform unified mechanism of appointment and execution of works and also their control based on which incident management processes and service requests are constructed. It allows to obtain data on performance of work by each specific contractor, as within operational activity, and activities for development. Within event management rules of filtering and correlation of the events arriving from monitoring systems that on the next stage of development of a system will allow to integrate OMNITRACKER and monitoring systems of computer infrastructure of the company were described.
