The OmniWay company is the authorized partner of OMNINET, producer of the specialized OMNITRACKER software product providing business process automation in different areas:

• management of IT services (ITSM);
• project management (PM);
• requirements management and software development (SEM);
• customer relationship management (CRM);
• electronic document management and other.

Staff of OmniWay is the certified specialists (ITIL Expert, IT Service Manager, ISO20000 Manager, CGEIT) having long-term project experience in Russia and the CIS countries.

The company is a member of itSMF of Russia and Ukraine.

Among customers of OmniWay there are financial structures, energy, trading, industrial and telecommunication companies, public institutions. In five years more than 150 projects were successfully implemented. Among them there are ITSM solutions for companies Lenenergo, Sportmaster, Yandex.Money, AlphaInsurance, ROLF, MICEX, GAU THAT CIT, Slavyanka, Ukrainian processing center, VTB of Ukraine, MPIYa agroholding and other leading companies of Russia and Ukraine.

History

2015: OmniWay was a part of Cleverics

Cleverics, the company on services of training and consulting in the field of management of IT in Russia and the CIS, and consulting company OmniWay announced in July, 2015 merge. The Russian division of OmniWay will be a part of Cleverics.

The united company is:

• a team of more than 25 certified specialists (ITIL Expert, IT Service Manager, ISO 20000 Manager/Consultant, CGEIT) having long-term project and teaching experience in Russia and the CIS countries;
• more than 500 clients in 6 years of work – use services financial and insurance companies, public institutions, telecom operators, system integrators, retail networks, production and mining companies;
• more than 50 completed consulting projects – reorganization of management of IT, creation and automation IT and business processes, audits and inspections;
• nearly 9000 listeners who were trained – more than 20 specialized training courses on management of IT and administration of OMNITRACKER, tens of developed and adapted training programs;
• more than 200 held exams on ITIL/ITSM annually to – hundreds of specialists already confirmed the qualification;
• the leader in quantity of system implementations of OMNITRACKER in the CIS countries and the largest partner of OMNINET in Russia and the CIS;
• the platinum partner of GamingWorks (Netherlands) in Russia and the CIS on management of IT – four business games for working off of key skills.

All specialists of Cleverics and OmniWay will enter the combined team. All agreements and the obligations undertaken by both companies before merge will be executed. All intellectual products, software solutions and practices implemented by the Russian division pass from OmniWay to the united company. The Ukrainian division will continue work under the OmniWay brand and will become the independent partner of Cleverics. The united company will save partnership with OMNINET, Qlik Tech, EXIN, AXELOS, GamingWorks, the Avanpost, itSMF and other organizations. Formal and legal procedures for merger of companies are supposed to be completed in the III quarter 2015.
