Biography

Anatoly Suzdaltsev - CEO and founder of RiskGap (riskgap.ru), independent expert and consultant on project management, product lifecycle management and risk management.

Since 2001, he has been engaged in product lifecycle management systems. In 2006, he headed the Technical Department of the Ural RC ASCON, and since then has gone through all stages of project management awareness - from an instrumental approach to Agile, from project management in IT to organizational change projects.

He has experience in international corporations (Siemens PLM Software, Kaspersky Lab) and the development of his own company - system integrator PLM Innovations.

2013: Arrest on embezzlement charges

In the spring of 2013 criminal case on plunder by top managers of "daughter" Siemens of 14.7 million rubles allocated for designing of the equipment of reactor installation of atomic power units was brought. The Право.ru MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS Russia[1] reported about it[1]from a student's 3D model of the NPP[1].

By the investigation it was established that in 2010-2011 the Deputy CEO of the Siemens Indastri Software company - subsidiary of Siemens AG concern - Ilya Lavrenev and the manager of this company of Residents of Suzdal Anatoly created Pilim-Sfera - "something ephemeral". Then, using communications with officials of OKB Hydropress, they provided to the controlled fictitious organization signing of the contracts for the sum more than 50 million rubles.

In particular, it is established that officials of OKB Hydropress signed the contract for performance of work, connected with setting up earlier put software which the Pilim-Sfera company obviously did not intend to carry out. Od­na­ko byud­zhet­nyye sred­stva in the raz­me­re of 14.7 million rub­ley pe­re­chis­le­ny on the account of pod­ryad­chi­ka. Besides, contractors received money on the project of three-dimensional modeling of a construction part of nuclear power plants whereas the project was executed by students of department of technical mechanical engineering of BelGTU of Shukhov.

In fact mo­shen­ni­che­stva in a particularly krup­nom raz­me­re, ugo­lov­noye case was voz­buzh­de­no. In ot­no­she­nii Lav­re­ne­va and Suz­dal­tse­va, iz­bra­na measure pre­se­che­niya in the form of a za­klyu­che­niya under the stra­zhu. The investigation and search operations and investigative actions directed to identification of additional episodes of illegal activity of persons involved and also establishment of the other persons involved in plunders of money continue.

In May 2014, the court hearing in the case[1]. During the investigation, Lavrenov and Suzdaltsev fully admitted their guilt, repented and testified against the accomplices, and in court confirmed their consent to the conclusions of the investigation. The defendants asked the court for mitigation of punishment due to the need to support their large families. Taking into account mitigating circumstances, the Chertanovsky court of Moscow sentenced each of them to two years of suspended imprisonment and two years of probation.
