Before implementation of the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 software products in Chadansky GORPO there was no opportunity to quickly plan purchase of goods that led to the losses from regrading reaching 800,000 rubles monthly. Transition to an automated system of trade accounting allowed not only to solve a regrading problem, but also to increase efficiency of service of buyers in shops, as a result the profit of GORPO increased by 20%.
Chadansky city consumer society is engaged retail and wholesale in the city of Chadane and Chadansk the area of the Republic of Tyva. Principal directions of trade: food, home appliances, household chemicals, office supplies and furniture. 16 shops in the city of Chadane and 20 ‑ in Chadansky district of the Republic of Tyva are a part of GORPO. In addition to a trading activity society makes bakery and confectionery, semi-finished products and also works in the field of service of the population. The organization also includes two dining rooms and cafes, hairdressing salon and hotel.
Earlier retail stores were not automated, service rate of buyers was low. In grocery stores there was no opportunity to create sales statements and to keep operational accounting of a remaining balance, managing directors did the purchase order of products only after the goods were not available any more. At the same time storekeepers when providing reports on a remaining balance made mistakes in the name of the nomenclature. After inventory excess of some names and shortage of others regularly came to light. Monthly losses from regrading made about 800,000 rubles.
For the solution of these tasks specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) recommended to use the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product. The functionality of an information system allows to optimize an inventory control, retail and production of food.
Implementation was conducted by "shift method". Specialists of BIT left in Chadan for installation and setup of the software product. The solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" was set in 5 shops of retail network, at bakery plant and warehouses.
During the project were automated:
- Inventory control: goods receipt, movement of goods, accounting of a remaining balance.
- Retail: sales of goods, checks of the CR, cash report, report on retail sales.
- Production: transfer of materials to production, production inventory, report of the shift foreman.
In total 39 jobs were automated. In shops of retail network of Chadansky GORPO the modern retail store equipment was installed and brought into operation.
In a project deliverable:
- Application the system of barcoding allowed to reduce errors of storekeepers. In shops and in warehouses there was an opportunity to daily create the report on retail sales and to keep account of a remaining balance of goods. As a result, shortages because of regrading were reduced by 70%.
- Installation of a modern retail store equipment promoted increase in capacity of each point. Buyers in shops began to be serviced twice quicker.
As a result business process automation in Chadansky GORPO allowed to optimize work of the organization yai it is considerable to increase customer service quality. Thanks to it the profit of the enterprise increased by 20%.
