The company management of MPO VKUSPROM LLC set the task to implement at itself such Automated control system which allows to obtain operational data on efficiency of technology process. The efficiency at the same time should be expressed in a financial deviation of cost value of each lot of products from the planned and accounting standard (calculated by the program in the accepted technology) in date of transmission of a ready-made product (semi-finished product) from one division of the enterprise to another. So the efficiency of process should be traced in real time, but not based on the economic analysis. A system should separate price fluctuations into raw materials and efficiency of technology process, allowing to receive financial results on each of the making deviations in cost value separately. At the same time a system had to allow to analyze the technology reasons of the arisen deviations. As a result of express inspection of processes of the enterprise and the objects set for our company the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. Management of manufacturing enterprise" - as the most optimal solution on a ratio "functionality/total cost of ownership".

Our company in short terms carried out the main task set by the customer namely: The automation of a production process (on meat and sausage workshops) allowing to obtain data on technology of release in a foreground mode. The implemented solution gives the chance to analyze reasons for rejection of the actual price from planned, separating price fluctuations into raw materials and efficiency of technology process. It is possible to select with also important part of implementation calculation of technology losses for regulations (for finished goods drying regulations depending on days of storage in a warehouse are in accordance with GOST set) – it allows to reveal at shortages what part belongs on production losses and what part to carry on the perpetrator. The uniform report is developed for the technologist – allowing to analyze in details all technology and to establish reasons for rejection. The new mechanism on purchase planning is developed for purchasing department: allowing in addition to stock remainders, production schedules, etc. standard indicators to consider also the number of days of delivery, frequency of orders from the supplier (how often we want to carry from the supplier raw materials), daily average a raw materials consumption (for calculation of stock remainders by day of delivery).

  • Accounting and tax accounting
  • Personnel management (including payroll)

In the unified information system 10 employees of the following divisions work: heads, meat workshop, sausage workshop, accounting, purchasing department and sales.
