Aleksinsky meat-processing plant (1C: Meat-processing plant 8)

Implementation was performed in the group including JSC Aleksinsky Meat-processing Plant and Aleksinsky Trading house.

Before implementation of a new information system account at the enterprises of group was kept using configurations on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform — "Accounting, edition 4.5" and "Production + Services + Accounting, edition 2.8". However these solutions could not provide required scalability and functional completeness for most of users of an information system. In plans of the company there was business development, mastering of new types of products that was difficult to be executed using old information technologies. After the detailed analysis of the proposed application solutions for automation of the companies a choice of the management was made in advantage "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" as most suitable automation system in terms of all requirements imposed to it.

The INFOSYYUT company won an open competition on the right of implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.

During the course of performance the project the following subsystems of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 are implemented:

• Accounting and tax accounting
• Payroll
• Cash management
• Product data management – structure of a product
• Order management of buyers
• Order management in production
• Purchase management
• Inventory management
• Production management
• Management of retail

For automation of features of accounting of the enterprise of the Customer the following functional units were finished:

• Reflection of specifics of accounting of the live cattle
• Reflection of specifics of accounting of sausages and meat semi-finished products
• Management system for own and rented motor transport
• Formation, printing and execution of certificates of quality and veterinary certificates
• Automatic write-off of material costs on certain process parameters: defrosting, shrinkage, weighing error, etc.
• Automatic formation of the integrated transfer documents of finished goods to own partners and non-automated outlets.
• The system of certification of finished goods for the purposes of formation of certificates of quality. The mechanism of automatic control of the choice of a series when filling documents is created.
• Service processings and specialized reports for the main functional subsystems of the application solution

System implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" in JSC Aleksinsky Meat-processing Plant company allowed to automate managerial and regulated accounting at the enterprise, to increase efficiency and reliability of credentials.
