The 1C-Rarus company announces project completion on creation of a common information space on a basis "1C:Enterprise 8" in Investment Media LLC. Dealer, broker activity and trust management are conducted using industry solution "1C-Rarus: Back office, edition 5". For effective conducting accounting and tax accounting in the company software "1C: Accounting 8" is implemented. For accounting of securities software "1C-Rarus is used: Accounting of securities, edition 1 for "1C: Accounting 8".

For the purpose of the organization of an effective system of accounting of activity the management of Investment Media made the decision on automation of a complex of the business processes including:

  • Dealer, broker activity, trust management;
  • Accounting of securities;
  • Accounting and tax accounting.

When choosing a basis for an information system the company management relied on criterion – conducting work on standards of the Russian legislation. The most meeting the requirements became the system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".

For the purpose of automation of necessary sections the complex of software products which included was selected: "1C-Rarus: Back office, edition 5", "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities, edition 1 for "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Accounting 8". Considering specifics of a number of the selected software products, the 1C-Rarus company was involved in execution of the project.

In a project deliverable the staff of Investment Media had an opportunity to use the following advantages of the created information system:

  • On section of management of basic processes of the company:
  • Keep separate account on dealer and broker transactions and also on transactions of trust management taking into account remunerations, commission expenses;
  • Use different methods of cost accounting of the security, including taking into account purchase costs;
  • Automate formation of transactions, orders of clients from reports of the broker;
  • Load results of biddings of quotations from text, dbf or xls-files represented by MICEX or other exchange in the automatic mode;
  • On section of work with securities:
  • It is individual to configure account policy, including type of accounting on the Central Bank, a method of write-off of cost value in accounting and tax accounting, settlement accounts on the stock and off-exchange exchange transactions and many other things;
  • Keep account of stocks, bonds, bills of exchange, deposits, ADR;
  • Consider the issued and obtained credits and loans;
  • Load quotations and transactions from files of different formats;
  • On section of conducting accounting and tax accounting:
  • Consider fixed assets and intangible assets and also inventory items;
  • Keep lot-based account, using different methods of assessment, including a FIFO and LIFO;
  • Calculate the salary and taxes on wage fund;
  • Prepare the regulated reporting.
