Microtest upgraded network infrastructure for JSC Pervobank

Growth of number of branches, expansion of a product line and increase in number of transactions create additional load of network infrastructure of bank, for increase in efficiency and reliability of its work the decision to carry out upgrade of network was made. The Microtest company became the Contractor of the project. For project implementation it was decided to use the equipment of Cisco Systems company.

Specialists Microtest developed the project of upgrade of network which underwent audit of Cisco on compliance of Cisco SAFE - the methodology of creation of networks expected protection of all levels of network infrastructure.

During the project the failsafe data network was created, its performance, scalability and reliability is increased:

• network transmission capacity of the central office is increased;
• the recovery time of all sections of network after failures is reduced to a minimum;
• limits for expansion of network are lifted, the procedure of connection of new branches to it is unified;
• the node of Internet access is upgraded, there was an opportunity to automatically fix failures in work of telecom operators and to distribute loading between them.

The feature of the project consisted in need to ensure smooth operation of all divisions of bank during upgrade of network.
