2018: Two claims against MGTS
As found out CNews, "Moscow the city telephone network" should leave approximately from 64.2 million rubles, having transferred them for benefit of Microtest IT company. Such decision was made by Arbitration court of Moscow during trials on two claims of Microtest to MGTS[1].
One of claims was submitted on November 14, 2017 and concerned requirements to exact from MGTS 56.3 million rubles from which about 32.5 million rubles fell on a debt of the operator under the agreement, 23.6 — on the calculated penalty, 0.2 million rubles — on reimbursement of expenses on the state fee. According to the results of trial the court found it possible to reduce the penalty size to 11.8 million rubles therefore the amount of encumbrance of MGTS was on this case reduced to 44.6 million rubles.
Other claim was submitted on November 13, 2017 for the total amount of 27.9 million rubles, however after its consideration the court reduced the amount of encumbrance of MGTS to 19.7 million. From them 14.6 million rubles fall on a debt under the agreement with Microtest, 4.9 million rubles — on a penalty fee, 0.16 million rubles — on expenses on payment of the state fee. According to the results of this matter in open access only the substantive provisions of court's decision — without any details about the trial reasons are submitted.
The head of department for public relations of MGTS Tatyana Martyanova assured CNews that her company does not agree with judgments. "On the first case submission of the petition for appeal is planned — she noted. — After receiving a motivation part of court's decisions on the second case the decision on its appeal will be made".
2015: Microtest owed to suppliers hundreds of millions rubles
According to information posted on the website of Arbitration court of the Russian Federation, the Microtest company ran into debt to partners among whom and suppliers there are IT products, hundreds of millions rubles. More than 20 suits are brought against the company since December, 2014 [2].
More than 260 million rubles (260793805.68 rub) Microtest owes Marvel companies, case No. A56-82496/2014.
Besides, claims to the company were made also by other IT suppliers:
"Resource Media", case No. A40-55204/2015 — for the amount of 533249.02 rub.
Landata, case No. A40-40141/2015 — for the amount of 12485.04 rub.
Inlayn of tekhnolodzhis, 2 claims: No. A40-39886/2015 — for the amount of 9103387.97 rub and No. A40-39851/2015 — for the amount of 4992461.39 rub.
RNT, case No. A40-4942/2015 — for the amount of 1345621.34 rub. In April, 2015 RNT company submitted to arbitration court the application for recognition Microtest by the bankrupt [1] (case No. A40-57347/2015).
Rostelecom, 3 claims: case No. A41-14906/2015 — for the amount of 10450746.31 rub, No. A41-14905/2015 — for the amount of 2148028.54 rub and No. A41-14904/2015 — for the amount of 3326207.35 rub.
Netvell, case No. A40-55234/2015 — for the amount of 1856311.81 rub.
Among creditors of Microtest also MGTS, Ministry of Emergency Situations, INTER RAO, etc.
April 27, 2015. The arbitration court of Moscow declared Microtest bankrupt, and bankruptcy proceedings were opened against him. A claim with the statement for recognition of Microtest by the poor debtor was submitted by RNT Ltd which later gave way the powers to the individual — to Vladimir Tsvetkov. At the same time the debtor against the bankruptcy of objections did not express. At the moment in USRLE base the legal person of Microtest LLC has the status "is in a liquidation stage since May 21, 2015".
2011: Revenue of 9.77 billion rub
Revenue of the company at the end of 2011 made 9.77 billion rubles of 54.4% of revenue – a share of IT services, 45.6% of revenue for 2011 are supplies of equipment (30.6%) and software (3.4%), distribution (11%), software development (less than 1%). The share of services in turnover Microtest since 2009 makes more than 50%. In 2002 this share was insignificant, since 2003 the company conducted purposeful policy on development of a portfolio for benefit of IT services and consulting.
At the end of 2011 three largest industries which became consumers of company services are telecommunications (24.1% of revenue), the industry (17%) and a public sector (16.5%). For the company banks, power and transport were among also key industries.
Big customers create the main share of revenue from services of outsourcing and service support of a banking and public sector. Projects on creation and upgrade of different types of IT infrastructure were best-sellers for all called industries. Despite small percent of services of training and certification in turnover, the large state organizations, including their child IT companies, the energy companies became key customers of services of training and certification Microtest.
2010
Charges of corruption transactions
On October 29, 2010 the Ministry of information technologies and communications of Sverdlovsk region announced the tender for carrying out developmental works on a subject: "Creation of the automated control system for activity of executive bodies of the government of Sverdlovsk region". The cost of works is estimated at 16 million rubles. Consideration of requests of participants should take place on November 30, the conclusion of the government contract – not earlier than December 10, and the term of delivery of works – no later than December 25.
Short terms of the tender drew attention of the deputy of the Ekaterinburg City Council Leonid Volkov (earlier it worked in SKB Kontur IT company), which together with several bloggers decided to understand in whose interests it is carried out. The post under the heading "Cut in Sverdlovsk Region under a Microscope" was published in LJ of the deputy.
It became clear that the technical specifications for the tender were written to Microtest companies. Information on it contains in properties of the file published on the website of state procurements of Sverdlovsk region. Besides, in this company the current head of the Sverdlovsk Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications Irina Bogdanovich who approved the tender documentation worked earlier.
Also Volkov found out that this competition is held already for the second time. The first was played on September 27, Microtest and Prognoz companies participated in it. Works as the customer were also estimated at 16 million rubles. However, Microtest in the request pointed that it is ready to execute them for 42 million rubles. "Forecast" submitted the application for 12 million rubles and won. But next day the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications refused carrying out tender.
Leonid Volkov told CNews that he sent letters to the president and the Attorney-General with a request to understand a situation and also prepares the address concerning the last tender FULL FACE.
Meanwhile, in Microtest of CNews said that the company will not take part in new tender "in connection with limitation of terms and the project budget". The representative of Microtest refused further comments.
Irina Bogdanovich commenting on the tender in the LJ hoped that "suppliers are able to estimate objectively the opportunities to complete the works or to execute deliveries to the specified terms". Besides, the minister urged "not be engaged in conjectures and the more so to extrapolate them".
Growth in sales of services in the field of IT outsourcing
At the end of 2010 revenue from rendering services of IT outsourcing grew by 76%. In general revenue of the business direction of IT outsourcing Microtest in 2010 reached point 1,552.832 of million rubles and made 16.7% of consolidated revenues of the company. For comparison, in 2009 the sales volume of this direction was 881,385.66 thousand rubles. In total within a year Microtest signed 106 new contracts for IT outsourcing provision of services mainly with the large geographically distributed companies. The volume of the serviced equipment last year exceeded 250 thousand units.

Microtest renders services of outsourcing of IT infrastructure (support of workstations, the server hardware, traditional, IP-and DECT telephony, the systems of a video conferencing, devices of wireless access, routers, firewalls, switches, peripheral and office equipments, the server hardware) and also services of outsourcing of support of DBMS, business applications based on 1C, SAP, IBM Cognos, Oracle and others. According to the company, service of IT infrastructure of representative offices of the multifilial companies in regions became the most popular outsourcing service in 2010.

2007: Turnover of $280 million
At the end of 2007 turnover of Microtest company made $280 million. In 2008 turnover grew by 17.8% and made $330 million. Consolidated revenues Microtest in 2007 were 7,480,698 thousand rubles that for 9.4% exceeded a similar indicator of 2006 in the amount of 6,839,808 thousand rubles (according to CNews Analytics).
2006: Raising the flag of the company on the Mount Elbrus
The Microtest company celebrated the 16 anniversary raising the flag of the company on the Mount Elbrus. Ascension was made by a team of enthusiasts which part employees and partners of Microtest company were. The director of the Krasnodar office "Microtest" Denis Leonov acted as the initiator of an action.
Ascension was dated for anniversary of the company and began on August 7, 2006 with starting height of 2100 meters above sea level. The preparatory stage of ascension included raising of group of climbers on mountain Tcheget top – height of 3500 meters, control points of Mount Elbrus – "The Shelter 11" (4100 meters) and Shelter of Pastukhov (4600 meters).
1998: The lobbyist in Ministry of Railways
In the summer of 1998 Misharin was appointed the deputy minister of means of communication of Russia. In this position among other things he supervised informatization. And fall of the same year the Microtest company won the tender and became the global contractor of the ministry of upgrade of a data network what Volkov connects the further sharp growth of business of Microtest with.
1996: Sverdlovsk railroad
In 1996 Microtest received the status of the official partner of Cisco Systems company. Among the largest telecom projects of that time there is a creation of networks of data transmissions for Russian Railways and the organization of MPLS network for Transtelecom company.
As Leonid Volkov claims in the blog, the Microtest company and the leadership of Sverdlovsk region are connected by long-standing partnership. Creation of a corporate data network of the Sverdlovsk railroad became the largest project for Microtest in the late nineties. In 1996-1998 the chief engineer of the Sverdlovsk railroad was Alexander Misharin who later became the governor of Sverdlovsk region.
1995: Opening of representation in Moscow
In 1995 Microtest opened representation in Moscow which since 1999 becomes head office of the company.
1990: Foundation of the company in Yekaterinburg
The Microtest company was conceived in 1990 by Yury Igoshin and Valery Kuzyakin behind a conversation at a tram stop in Sverdlovsk.
The Microtest company was founded in 1990. Creation of an on-line dealing system for carrying out electronic biddings on Ural the currency exchange — the first implemented project in the field of electronic trading in the territory of Russia became pilot development. Originally she was engaged in creation and development of information systems and network infrastructure. Then the company began to develop the adjacent fields of business — there were directions of information security, computing systems, telephony, infrastructure of buildings, the ERP system.
