2009: Aethra purchase
Merger of the Italian vendor of Aethra by Radvision company – the third in the world on the sales volume of the producer of the VIDEOCONFERENCING group systems. How Cisco absorbed Tandberg, the Radvision company at the end of 2009 purchased capital assets of Aethra. 2012: Avaya buys Radvision
On March 15, 2012 Avaya announced agreement signature about the acquisition of Radvision, developer of solutions of a video conferencing and telepresence using as a data transmission medium wireless and IP networks.
The transaction worth $230 million was already approved by Boards of Directors of both companies, following the results investors of Radvision will receive $11.85 for each action. On end of all legal formalities 90 days are required.
