2025: Launch in the Orenburg region for ₽15 billion plant for the production of vegetable oil
In November 2025, Aaston commissioned a new plant for the production of vegetable oil in the city of Buzuluk, Orenburg Region. The volume of investments in the project is ₽15 billion. The company became the most powerful in the structure of the company with production capacities of more than 660 thousand tons of oilseeds per year.
The plant will process raw materials coming from the regions of the Ural and Volga federal districts. The production of finished products will be more than 270 thousand tons of sunflower oil per year.
In theThe enterprise is located on an area of 28 hectares and includes a full production complex. An oil-extracting complex, a storage facility for 100 thousand tons of oilseeds and a seed warehouse for 16 thousand tons were built on the territory of the plant. There is also an oil storage facility with a capacity of 20 thousand tons.
The plant is equipped with its own thermal power center, which runs on environmentally friendly fuel - sunflower husk. Such a solution ensures the energy independence of the enterprise and reduces its impact on the environment.
To meet logistics needs, the company built about 7.5 kilometers of railway tracks. This makes it possible to organize effective delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished products to consumers.
The project was implemented with the involvement of state support under the program of preferential export lending. Such support contributes to the development of export-oriented industries in the regions of Russia.
The products produced at the plant will be delivered to both the domestic and foreign markets. The enterprise is designed for processing various types of oilseeds, which ensures the flexibility of the production process.[1]
