At the beginning of 2009 before company management especially sharply there was a task of operational obtaining the consolidated information on a company performance in general and by each direction.

The project was going to be carried out in several steps: 1. Automation of flour-grinding, bakery and formula-feed production. 2. Automation of formation of the consolidated statements. 3. Creation of the unified information system of enterprise management.

Having compared the cost of software products and their functionality on compliance to requirements of the company the management of JSC Kirovkhleb together with department of information technologies stopped the choice on the class product ERP "1C:Enterprise 8. Bakery and confectionery production".

Implementation was entrusted to Novoye obrazovaniye LLC company as to the partner having extensive work experience with manufacturing enterprises.

In the project progress of automation features of production process of the enterprise at the same time JSC Kirovkhleb company as much as possible were carefully considered uses standard functionality of a configuration.

The Novoye obrazovaniye LLC company developed methodology of conducting production accounting based on this software product, user training is provided, consulting support during the periods of input of initial data is given, to trial operation of the program.

At the moment sections of accounting and tax accounting are automated, work payment methods, options of awarding and deduction are configured according to industry features, payroll of employees by quantity about 1200 people is conducted, accounting of settlement with buyers and suppliers, accounting of finished goods and semi-finished products, raw materials supplied by the customer, cost accounting by a boiler method, an inventory control and accounting of work in progress, purchase management, sales, stocks, orders and deliveries, management of the relations with partners is implemented. In the course of automation the mechanism of business processes of the platform is involved, integration with the client bank system is implemented.

The automated control system for the company put into commercial operation solving problems operational, accounting and tax accounting containing the data necessary for formation of the management reporting became a project deliverable. Full automation of key processes and accounting mechanisms promoted emergence of effective remedies of control of activity of the enterprise, reduction of time of calculations and preparation of the reporting under different indicators.

At present the project is in a stage post-project maintenance, consulting services are rendered.
