2011: 1C:Enterprise 8. Bakery and confectionery production Edition 1.3

In edition 1.3 the functionality of the software product is complemented with following features:

  • The feature to collect the reporting under production, including by production teams and also the variance reporting of a standard and actual cost of raw materials is added.
  • The mechanism of unpacked storage of flour is implemented.
  • An opportunity to keep account of customer orders at production planning taking into account specifications in the order is implemented.
  • The feature for permission/prohibition of adjustment of orders in certain time is added.
  • An opportunity to keep account of a rejection of the initial order from shipment and to make the analysis of reasons for rejection and also to make the analysis of order fulfillment on the range, quantity, delivery schedules, returns, trade claims is implemented.
  • In a subsystem pricing the feature for calculation of the prices taking into account price categories of goods and/or the client is added, and the system of any discounts is modified: on volume, on time, on the range, etc.
  • The feature to create products delivery route to clients taking into account customer orders, time, geographic location and on the basis of a template is added.
  • The system of calculation of test weight of flour is modified.
  • Solving of tasks of logistics on work with remote outlets and creation of routes when implementing finished goods.
  • Control of an expiration date of finished goods to within an hour. There was a possibility of use in regime of the thin client and web client of the following functionality:

production management, management of warehouse transactions, purchase management, sales management, cost accounting, decision support (Efficiency Monitor tool).

  • In regime of the thin client and web client for applied roles access restriction to the specialized details of documents connected with reflection in regulated accounting and the cost accounting is implemented.
  • Operations on accounting of monetary documents are automated.
  • Use of units for some turnover registers is added.
  • Work with a retail store equipment is brought into accord to the law of 7/17/2009 No. 162-FZ which changed an order of use of the cash registers at implementation of cash monetary payments.
  • The subsystem Management of motor transport which is light version of 1C: Motor Vehicle Management - joint development of 1C and 1C-Rarus companies is added. The new subsystem has the following functionality:

statement and processing of waybills of the truck time (Form No. 4-P) and price-work (Form No. 4-C). calculation of normative and actual fuel consumption; calculation of development in waybills by different parameters; preserving of data upon transition to the complete version of the product "1C: Motor Vehicle Management".

2013: An ERP system of the bakery industry is complemented with the system of satellite monitoring

The hardware and software system "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" expands functionality of the industry software product of an ERP class "1C:Enterprise 8. Bakery and confectionery production".

In basic functionality of industry solutions of the bakery and confectionery industry OEM delivery "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" is implemented.

Thanks to integration, industry solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Bakery and confectionery production" is complemented with opportunities of implementation of a GLONASS/GPS of monitoring of moving objects. New advanced functionality of the solution allows to perform:

  • Keep track online of location of the vehicles transporting finished goods and other moving objects;
  • To automatically collect the actual parameters of development, fuel consumption, the passable distance;
  • Autocomplete data on the actual fuel consumption in waybills;
  • Control the actual routes;
  • To visually display information on the card;
  • Control statuses of sensors (temperature, the fuel level sensor, the disturbing button SOS, CAN the bus, etc.)
