Yutinet.Py (Megaplan)

On August 23, 2011 the Yutinet.Py online store celebrated 4 years since the beginning of use of a management system and business process automation – Megaplan.

Management of online store in the program Megaplan allowed to arrange work of all divisions of the company, to adjust an effective control system for execution of solutions and financial discipline. In four years of work as the staff of Yutinet.Py company in Megaplan 302 projects were implemented, 30554 tasks, orderly 1,054 discussions are successfully complete, and 375,486 comments are written.

The CEO of JSC PLATFORM Ютинет.ру Mikhail Ukolov noted: "Undoubtedly, Megaplan played an important role in development by Yutinet.Py. Business process automation became guarantee of our efficiency. Accurately built structure of the organization, the personal liability of employees for each task, a clear formulation is more whole also strict observance of fixed terms — results of use of Megaplan.

Creation of Megaplan began by request of Yutinet.Py in 2006 when the company management could not find in the market the suitable software product for business management. In a year the command of Megaplan developed software which to it in Russia nobody created. On August 23, 2007 Yutinet.Py entered into Megaplan of the first employee.

The initial version of Megaplan, consisted only of 4 modules: "Tasks", Affairs, Employees, Messages. Then there was enough this functionality to optimize an internal control system of Yutinet.Py. Within the next four years Megaplan considerably expanded the opportunities, the modules "Finance", "Clients", "Sales", "Reports" appeared. Today Megaplan integrates more than 400 employees of Yutinet.Py and it is the most large-scale working collective which is daily running business in the interface of Megaplan.

Initially products of Megaplan company were expected medium and small business, but now the share of clients numbering staff more than 100 people constantly increases. In the future developers of Megaplan are going to release the advanced version for the companies with number of staff over 250 people.
