According to the company advantage of Yutinet.Py is the system of the choice of goods. Revenue of Yutinet.Py group in 2010 made more than 1 billion rubles. In addition to the innovation platform of the choice and order placement, the company owns network of specialized Internet show-windows where users can purchase notebooks, home appliances and TVs.

The company develops the IT system which allows, having in a warehouse 10% of all of SKU (40-50% of sales are the share of them), to provide delivery next day of all 100% of SKU – i.e. that which today in warehouses of suppliers.

Owners

IQ One Holdings which beneficiary is Ulvi Kasimov purchased 51% of Utinet.ru in 2009, similar packets in Sotmarket.ru and E96.ru — in 2012.

In July, 2014 the united company E96.RU + Utinet.ru + Sotmarket.ru opened a shareholding structure and their shares. In holding based on public company JSC Platforma Ютинет.ру founders of E96.RU Boris Lepinskikh and Dmitry Pivovarov received shares in the amount of 10.76% and 10.77% respectively[1].

The new shareholder of Nobrimen Trade LTD registered on the British Virgin Islands received 18.6% of voting shares equivalent to a share in authorized capital of JSC Platforma Ютинет.ру.

The size of a share IQ One Holdings decreased from 40.73% to 27.32%, the share of Starbeam Industries Inc company decreased from 33.39% to 6.67%.

Earlier it was reported that in new structure the owner of Sotmarket.ru Vsevolod Strakh will have about 20%, the share of Mikhail Ukolov, one of co-founders of Yutinet, will make about 7%, and Ulvi Kasimov will remain the controlling owner.

Performance Indicators

2011: Growth of turnover by 2.4 times

Turnover of the online retailer in 2011 in comparison with 2010 increased by 2.4 times and made 2.4 billion rubles (including VAT). In 2011 the Yutinet.Py online store executes more than 84 thousand orders that is 2, 6 times more, than in 2010.

In total sales of Yutinet.Py:

  • notebooks made 70%,
  • the office equipment - 18%,
  • projection equipment - 5%,
  • home appliances – 3%,
  • TVs and audio, video equipment – 3%,
  • other categories of the range in the amount - 1%.

The range of Yutinet.Py online store increased in a year more than by 2.5 times and makes 52 thousand names of the goods available to the choice and order placement. In the second half of 2011 the new directions – "Games and Game Consoles", "TVs and Audio, Video Equipment", Mobile phones, Digital equipment were open.

The total quantity of registration in base of clients by the beginning of 2012 reached 330 thousand. Attendance of online store grew to 28 thousand unique visitors a day.

Commenting on commercial results of work for 2011, Mikhail Ukolov, the CEO of JSC Platforma ЮТИНЕТ.РУ, noted: "Our company - the leader in sales of electronics in Runet - enters in TOP-5 the Russian online retailers who show the second year in a row growth in more than twice and are profitable. Investing 5-10 times less competitors in business development, we show the best growth rates due to competences in internet marketing, exclusive domination in customer services and technologies. In 2012 we are going to save leadership in growth rates, to come with our platform of the choice of electronics on use purposes to international markets, to increase our market share in the open commodity directions to 5-10%".

2010

At the end of 2010 the share of Yutinet.Py in a segment of Internet sales of notebooks exceeded 15%, however by 2014-2015 the company sets as the purpose to occupy not less than 10% of all Russian market of Internet trade in electronics.

History

In 2004 the Yutinet.Py online store is founded in Moscow.

2011: The IPO on MICEX

  • On June 30, 2011 order taking for share purchase within the IPO of JSC Platforma ЮТИНЕТ.РУ – one of leaders of the Russian market of Internet trade began. The company works at the perspective market of home appliances and electronics (BTIE) having the high potential of growth. "Ютинет.РУ" takes unique market positions, is focused on growth of conversion of visitors of the website, an exit in new commodity groups and development of modern technologies of the choice of goods. The development strategy of the company provides distribution of successful work experience in the capital market of notebooks in regions. Public placement of stocks of JSC Platforma ЮТИНЕТ.РУ is unique for the domestic stock market as is the first IPO of the Russian company working at the Internet retail market.

FINAM Investment Company Ltd acts as the organizer of public placement of stocks of JSC Platforma ЮТИНЕТ.РУ. According to estimates of analysts of FINAM company, fair value of equity of JSC Platforma ЮТИНЕТ.РУ makes from 8.57 billion rubles to 13.80 billion rubles (or 429-690 rubles for 1 action).   • In 2011 Yutinet.Py of the beginnings active promotion to regions, opening points of issue of orders and a sales point. Such combined centers already work in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don (it is open in January, 2012).

2015: Retailers Sotmarket, Yutinet and E96 will close capital business and will go to regions

Online retailers Sotmarket, Yutinet and E96 who in June, 2014 integrated based on PJSC Platform ЮТИНЕТ.РУ will close capital business because of the high competition to local giants of the market and will pass to business development in regions. Sotmarket" and E96 will combine the efforts on the Ютинет.ру platform and will agree about implementation of the goods through outlets of regional entrepreneurs at which during crisis attendance fell. Owners of points will get profit at the expense of a margin on goods of retailers. The goods delivery will be performed by forces of the existing logistics of Sotmarket and E96.

The head office of the companies in Moscow is defunct, the warehouse is also closed in the capital. The headquarters of retailers will be located in Yekaterinburg. The decision on closing of capital business was made several months ago after in the company understood that in crisis to retailers it will be problematic to fight against such local giants as Ulmart.
