Specialists of data center "1C-Rarus" completed the project on implementation in lighting company "Trinova" of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM. CORP". 10 jobs on sections of sales management and customer relations are automated. In a project deliverable the company management of Trinov had tools for management of working time of employees, opportunities for creation of Call center and telephone recording for the purpose of increase in efficiency and quality of work with clients.

For the purpose of increase in efficiency and quality of work the company management of Trinov made the decision on process automation of customer relations. Such software product which allowed to organize joint work of all divisions, including sales department, the service center, service of telemarketing, the line of consultations and dispatching department, purchasing department, production, service of marketing and other directions was required for the enterprise.

The software product "1C:Enterprise 8 became a basis for information base. CRM. CORP". The solution is selected thanks to optimal compliance of functionality of the program to requests of the company. The developer of this product – 1C-Rarus company - became the contractor of the project.

Automation of 10 jobs promoted consolidation of activity of employees on different sections in the unified information system.

The software product allowed the company to use as fixed functions for work with clients (maintaining the customer base, contact management, mailings and many other things), and unique: The configured individual working environment of the user; Taymmenedzhment (management tools working time of employees); Expanded analysis of a marketing activity; Integration with means of telecommunications (Call Center and telephone recording); Integration with Internet technologies (MS Outlook, Internet cards); Project management (including resources);

In a project deliverable the staff of Trinova company is given an opportunity to organize process of work through the web client and the thin client, including: manage the customer base, plan and control actions of employees, manage business processes, conduct analytics on partners, on events, on settlement with partners.
