Biography

In 2000, Pasynkov received a manager's diploma at the Institute of Modern Business.

He worked as the head of the reengineering department of the integrated systems management of the information systems center at Lukoil, after which he served as chief executive officer for IT at Uralsib, and then for several years was the Chief information officer of Rosatom.

2012: Work at Sberbank

In 2012, Vladimir Pasynkov became a member of the Sberbank IT team. As an employee of Rosatom, Stepynkov probably already had experience in interacting with Sberbank. In the spring of 2012, Sberbank and Rosatom announced that they had begun exchanging legally significant information in electronic form. For this, a unified gateway was created, integrated with a single Rosatom accounting system.

Instead of Nadezhda Izotova, who headed the company since July 2021, Vladimir Pasynkov was appointed to the post of general director, who had previously served as director for the IT network of Medsi clinics.

Rostelecom told TAdviser that the main tasks facing Vladimir Pasynkov are to increase the technological expertise of the company, as well as the creation of a "production factory" from LLC Tsifromed to launch and withdraw high-frequency services in the healthcare sector aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of medical care through a single portal of public services.

Achieving the goals will be possible with the consolidation of all assets of the group implementing projects for the digitalization of healthcare in a single cluster of PJSC Rostelecom, the company explained.

This cluster will be created on the basis of "Cifromed," specified in "Rostelecom." Among Rostelecom's assets in the field of digitalization of healthcare, in addition to Tsifromed, there are also RT KIS companies (emergency medical dispatching systems, RTK Radiology (radiological information systems), RT MIS (medical information systems).

Even the new CEO is faced with the task of diversifying the business: entering new ranks and implementing projects for new customers working in private and departmental health systems.
