The network of commercial clinics "Medsi" of the first in the Russian industry of health care implements the industrial SAP CRM system. The company belongs to AFK "Sistema" and works at the market of nearly 15 years, integrating at the moment 31 clinics in more than to ten cities of the country, from them 20 clinics in Moscow and area and also four fitness centers. The customer base of the company – about 500 thousand human.

As the marketing and sales director of Medsi Vlad Wolfson in official release concerning start of the project noted, the solution to implement CRM in clinic was accepted with the purpose to improve customer interaction. For all divisions of network it will be created uniform base, and clients will be able to receive modern information services: for example, notifications on new services or reminders on record to the doctor.

Medsi of TAdvser told that the CRM platform was selected within the tender in which ten integrators representing five CRM systems took part. In addition to SAP CRM took part systems from Sage, Microsoft and Oracle in the tender. As a result the Sitronics IT company and the SAP platform, more precisely - industry solution of SAP for Healthcare won.

Maria Yurgelas, the CEO Sitronics IT in Russia, noted that in the medical industry of Russia the industrial CRM system of SAP will be implemented for the first time. Within the project automation of work of contact center will be a priority that includes creation of uniform base of clients, integration with the system of telephony and also record of patients on acceptance in any of Medsi clinics. "Also sales processes and marketing, including analytics on the automated tasks will be automated", - she added.

The project started in August of this year and should be complete in December. Within the project 108 licenses purchased. Besides, a CRM system is going to be developed further, expanding possibilities of a personal account of the client. Also in line system implementation of management of the IP telephony for contact center, expansion of channels of customer interaction, automation of a system of motivation of sellers.

According to opinion of respondents of TAdviser of experts, the cost of licenses within the project of such level can be $500-600 thousand and about $400-500 thousand more – the cost of consulting and the server hardware. Thus, expected project cost can exceed $1 million.
