The 3CX Phone System program station provides installation of telephones to large retail network of the Ricky-Tikki kidswear

The increasing number of actively developing Russian companies find transition to the IP telephony economically reasonable. So complex upgrade of a corporate telephone network based on hardware and software system 3CX Phone System for retail network of a fashionable kidswear of retail chain stores of Ricky-Tikki became another victory of new technologies.

Virtual IP platform 3CX was selected by technical specialists of Ricky-Tikki company as the most flexible from setup and management, about a possibility of fast additional expansion. For project implementation complex equipment was offered. Together with the 3CX Phone System program station, at head office and in all branches of the enterprise the Yealink IP phones are installed. After pilot start of VoIP in the main divisions the Ricky-Tikki company assumes installation of telephones to network of peripheral, franchasing divisions.

By calculations, considering large volumes of long-distance telephone traffic between divisions in Ricky-Tikki company, use of platform 3CX will lead about 1 million rubles to economy.
