Accounting of visits

What tariff policy you would not use with the Papyrus system, you will be able always to keep complete account of visits of clients. Club cards, subscriptions can be calculated: on calendar validity period, on a certain number of visits, for the period of visits (number of hours). Registration of visits happens by means of identification of the card of the client. If the term of the subscription expired or at the visitor a debt to the center is had, a system will inform on it the administrator.

Payment accounting

The Papyrus system allows to create the personal account on each client. In process of use of the subscription or on a card expiry, payment will be automatically charged off a customer account. All information on the services rendered to the client is fixed in a system and is available to the administrator at any moment.

Subscriptions and club cards

Club cards and subscriptions can have several series (for example: normal card and VIP-card). For fast service of visitors it is possible to use subscriptions or cards with the shaped code. In this case the administrator will not enter number of the subscription (or cards) manually, and will be able quickly to identify it using the scanner of shaped codes.

Additional services

If at your center there is a small little shop or bar where it is possible to purchase drinks, sports accessories, literature, the Papyrus system will help you to keep complete account of goods: arrival of goods from the supplier, sale, the movement of goods, a goods turnover, a remaining balance of goods, expiration dates, calculation of calculations, revaluations, inventories and many other things. The client of the center can use additional services, using the club card as means of payment.

Lesson schedule

Maintaining lesson schedules in the Papyrus system will allow to save time of your employees and to reduce quantity of possible errors. Thanks to function of armoring (prerecording) it is possible to consider capacity of the hall and to create training groups. All information is available in the form of an art work.

Database of clients

A club system means individual approach to the client. The detailed database on clients where all information contains: a contact information, a birthday, the photo of the client, a status of the personal account, the payment schedule, the program and the lesson schedule, the trainer, etc. will allow your employees to work with each client more effectively.
