The software solution Papyrus is actively developed since 1996. A system is suitable for retailers and is perfectly adapted for network business with geographically spaced objects and offices.

The PAPYRUS system provides extensive functionality on the following accounting, managerial and analytical categories: purchase management, management of wholesale and retail sales; management of services; production management; management of vzimootnosheniye with buyers; financial accounting and analysis; personnel management; asset management.

PAPYRUS has the built-in analiticheky tools with internal visualization tools of data: creation of diagrams, time diagrams, color selection of significant table panes of data view and fields of dialogs. A large number of vtroyenny forms of analytical reports is complemented with a possibility of creation of the user forms of the reporting.

The PAPYRUS system is compatible practically to all models of the equipment for automation which are present at the Russian market.

2017

Papyrus 9.8.0

On September 9, 2017 the Petroglif company released the next update of the ERP system of Papyrus — 9.8.0.

• Installation process of a type of a personnel in the filter according to personal cards depending on the selected series and a configuration of personal cards is specified.
• The Date of birth field is added to structure of import of a personnel. The field is established only if the personnel has no corresponding tag, or value of this tag not valid.
• In the section of the Unified State Automated Information System of a line, the having identical values of the reference of B, merge in one at document transfer now.
• The act of setting on balance may contain the link to the relevant document of losses now. For this purpose (in particular) is entered the reserved tag of the document "Formal Link to the Complementary Document".
• The flag ordering to a system to align automatically the values of the order entered manually according to rules of rounding to packaging capacity is added to a configuration of the sales forecast. If this flag is set and the user tries to change value of the recommended order, then the value entered by the user will be rounded by the rules set by the same configuration.
• Sometimes, at a mouse delay, the hints informing on elements which in the selected point were not emerged.

Papyrus 9.7.12

On August 28, 2017 the company the Petroglyph released the next version of the ERP system of Papyrus — 9.7.12.

• In heading dialog of the filter of documents of orders the completion date period field is added (uniformly with commodity, accounting and a draft documents). Besides, the criterion "Only with the printed check" in the filter according to documents is added.
• In the section "the Plan of payments" is edited by the ring road the filter in a desktop command. The horse tram for a command is created.
• The function of the unified copying of files between two URL allowing to generalize technology of data transmission when import/exporting under protocols is implemented FTP and HTTP. Function is included in the module of the DL600 IPapyrusUtil interfaces:: UniformFileTransm ().
• The error arising at synchronization of data is corrected: completion date of documents between sections was not transferred.
• Work of the reference of B on the inventory document in the second format is smoothly running.

Papyrus 9.7.11

On August 20, 2017 the company the Petroglyph released the next version of the Papyrus system — 9.7.11.

• In the section "the ring road the Remaining balance" goods is added an option of differentiation of the report on the selected tag and an option of differentiation of the report on an expiration date of lots.
• In the section "Cash vouchers" in the report are not displayed by the ring road checks which were not printed yet if the flag is selected from the filter "Miss negligible checks" and is defined one or several points of sale, each of which considers not printed checks negligible.
• Refactoring of the code in large volume is made.
• The defect arising when using alternative registrars along with expanded point of sale and also defect at which types of points of sale in the table were incorrectly displayed is corrected.
• The difficult defect in rare instances interfering complete write-off of the document using substitution of goods is eliminated. The key part of the problem consisted that by optimization of an order of use of lots of subsitutive goods balancing of quantity of the spent components was broken.

Papyrus 9.7.9

In August, 2017 the Petroglif company released the new version of the ERP system of Papyrus 9.7.9

• Refining regarding installation of the admission in elements of regular calendars is made and the problem with installation of the admission in private calendars is solved.
• Color selection of lines of inventory on signs shortages/excesses / is entered it is written off / the automatic machine.
• Support of the cash module Petrovich in the section "asynchronous points of sale" is closed
• The rounding problem at printing of checks on partial payments to documents is mitigated.
• Some defects arising during the work with the Unified State Automated Information System system are corrected.
• The small defect in the calendar is found and corrected.
• The cause of hit of documents of write-off of a cash session not on that warehouse is removed.

Papyrus 9.7.6

• In language of the description of SLIP reports which are used for printing of checks, replaceable reports and other small documents on specialized printers and cash registrars, two pseudo-variables are added: DIRECTOR, ACCOUNTANT.
• In the section "synchronous point of sale" completions were made for the module of control of the bank terminal of Sberbank.
• The new expanded indicator is entered: \qu { Exceeding of the price in the connected order over the shipment price } in the section "the ring road the Analysis of commodity transactions"
• The new mode of the accelerated input of lines is added: by the code with input of quantity. Differs from the existing method of the accelerated input in the fact that except a product code it is possible to specify quantity in dialog in addition. Installation of the mode is defined in inventory transaction type options.
• Adjustments and additions in the interface module with the Unified State Automated Information System in the context of the 2nd version of the exchange protocol.
• Fields are added to a configuration of import/export of documents: CntragPhone: phone of the partner of CntragEMail: Email of the partner (when importing it can be used for identification of the partner).

Papyrus 9.6.12

The Petroglif company released the version of the Papyrus 9.6.12 system in June, 2017 - the following changes are made:

• Document transfer according to the 2nd version of the Unified State Automated Information System format is implemented.
• The button for creation of new goods is added to expanded dialog of selection of goods (earlier all managed the INSERT key, however it became clear that the button is necessary too).
• The problem with unjustified deceleration when carrying out the check at the set account of SMS provider in the section is solved the Cash panel.

2013

Papyrus 7.8

The main area of work – stabilization of the version. Function of change of quotations is considerably optimized, function of adaptive search of barcodes is modified. The project of online store on the Uhtt.ru server is started.

Considerable work for visualization of data objects – the filtering mechanism on tags of objects with indication of color of indication is done. For the sector of automation of fitness clubs are implemented:

• interaction with the system of access for clients through tourniquets
• mechanism of activation of personal cards of clients
• the mechanism of registration of a personnel, for example, for registration of visitors for trainings

Papyrus 7.7

The release of the new version of the Papyrus system - 7.7 was announced by developer company on June 4, 2013.

The main event in version 7.7 – emergence of new service Universe-HTT for management of online store. For users of the Papyrus enterprise management system all necessary tools for integration with Universe-HTT are already created:

• Unloading of goods in online store from the Papyrus system
• The order in online store
• Import of orders to the Papyrus system
• Viewing the order from the Papyrus system

In addition, in the new version configurations for beauty shops and the fitness centers are considerably finished:

• the chart of record of clients is improved,
• the new system of access for accounting of visits is introduced.

Also the configuration for drugstores was updated:

• the system of address storage is implemented,
• holiday of medicines according to the recipe,
• the reporting for Roszdravnadzor,
• accounting of defective series of medicines is finished.
