Automated management of motor transport in Promgib construction company

The 1C-Rarus company completed the project on automation of motor transportation division of Promgib construction company. Using the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport" the database on vehicles and spare parts is created. Formation of tasks to drivers is automated. The new information system allows the management to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions and provides complex accounting of activity of the motor transportation direction.

The motor transportation division of the company performs delivery of ready fences and required materials for their construction. For the purpose of effective management of motor transport and conducting transparent accounting in this division the decision on creation of an information system was made.

Requirements to a system were the following:

• An opportunity to create tasks to drivers;
• Accounting of issue and write-off of fuels and lubricants;
• Database maintenance about the park of vehicles;
• Expense accounting.

The company management purchased the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of motor transport". Involved 1C-Rarus company in project implementation.

In a project deliverable implementation specialists created such information system which provides support of all business processes regarding control of motor transport:

• Analysis of orders for motor transport and control of their accomplishment;
• Fuel accounting, including calculation of its standard and actual cost;
• An opportunity to keep account of spare parts is provided in the database on vehicles: units, buses, accumulators;
• An opportunity to plan checkup;
• Calculation of cost of the executed services.

The information system allows the management to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions and provides complex accounting of activity of the motor transportation direction of the company.
