MUSES Maternity hospital is the main medical institution of an obstetric and gynecologic profile in the Republic of Khakassia. The maternity hospital provides the qualified obstetric and gynecologic medical care to female population of Abakan, the Republic of Khakassia and the South of Krasnoyarsk Krai and performs functions of the perinatal center.
In May, 2011 the "Karelian Medical Information Systems" Company performed delivery to these health facilities of a set of software licenses of the end-to-end medical information system KMIS (including "Electronic registry of KIIS") on 40 users.
The first stage of the project includes automation of Antenatal clinics and also implementation of functionality of the electronic registry intended for remote self-record of patients on acceptance.
Now installation and setup of a system are executed, basic user training is provided and also in the pilot mode the Electronic registry is started.
