History

2022: Merger of the Russian division of Awara IT with SoftwareONE Russia under the Wone IT brand

Awara IT Russia and SoftwareONE Russia announced the creation of a joint multi-platform IT company of the full cycle. The agreement on the transfer of Russian assets of SoftwareONE to the Awara IT group of companies was signed in early May 2022. The newly formed Wone IT company will ensure uninterrupted operation of customers in the context of constant global changes and will offer comprehensive strategies for the formation of the IT landscape, which will help companies to work productively in the Russian market.
