1C:Reports 8 PROF in "General academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation"

The 1C-Rarus company announces project completion on automation of process of a reporting preparation in "Military educational scientific center of Ground forces "General academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation". Using the 1C:Reports 8 PROF software product processes of collecting, check, consolidation and the analysis of the budget reporting are automated.

Public educational institution of higher professional training - the General academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is created on November 1, 1998 based on Military academy of the name M. B. Frunze, Military academy of armored troops of R.Ya. Malinovsky and the High Shot officer courses of B.M. Shaposhnikov.

The management of Academy needed to automate a complex of the processes connected with a reporting preparation including:

• Preparation of reports by receivers of budgetary funds;
• Drawing up consolidated statements by the manager of budget funds;
• Unloading of reports in electronic form for representation to superior organization.

For the solution of these tasks the 1C:Reports 8 PROF software product was selected. An opportunity to conduct work in an information system on standards of the Russian legislation became important criterion at selection. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in automation.

In a project deliverable processes of collecting, check, consolidation and the analysis of budget, any statistical and analytical reporting are automated. Implementation of the software product allowed the staff of Academy to use the following functionality of a system:

• Different methods of import of data of the reporting;
• Export of data of the consolidated statements in any format;
• Control of providing the planned reporting;
• Check of filling of the reporting: intra uniform and interuniform control of indicators of report forms;
• Formation of consolidated statement by the parameters determined by the user, with any detail level;
• Possibility of step-by-step consolidation of the reporting;
• Control of drawing up the summary reporting.

The program allows the management of Academy to receive the reporting without participation of users. At the same time there is an automatic mailing of notifications to responsible persons about end of the next processing stage by e-mail.
