Implementation "AT-Karyer" in Akhangarantsement

JSC "Russian Navigation Technologies" (RNT) – one of leaders of the Russian market of monitoring systems and control of motor transport – announces the beginning of the project on system implementation of a GLONASS/GPS of monitoring of Avtotreker transport in JSC AKHANGARANTSEMENT, the largest producer of cement in the Republic of Uzbekistan which is a part of the international holding on production of building materials of EVROTSEMENT Group. The project was started with the assistance of the dealer of RNT in Uzbekistan – FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICE LLC, a task of the company is system implementation and maintenance of the project.

The AKHANGARANTSEMENT company started system implementation of monitoring of transport to increase efficiency of use of expensive career trucks and special equipment involved in production and transportation of raw materials. Besides, it was important to nullify the abuses connected with plunders of fuel and lubricants, additions, low production discipline, etc. Considering typicality of these tasks for the mining enterprises, the typified industry solution "AT-Karyer" of RNT company repeatedly approved on tens of pits located in different climatic zones in Russia and the Neighboring Countries was taken as a basis of the created monitoring system.

The choice of the solution "AT-Karyer" allowed to fulfill all requirements of the customer, including: high degree of protection against vandalism; reliable work of an aircraft equipment in difficult climatic conditions – at high dust content, during a heat (it is higher than 40 OS) and at considerable daily allowance and seasonal fluctuations of temperature. Besides, use of the fulfilled industry solution simplifies the integration of a monitoring system of transport with the ERP system of the JSC AKHANGARANTSEMENT enterprise planned for the near future as development of the project.

The project startup was preceded by comprehensive tests of the Avtotreker system in a pilot zone. According to the results of these tests which confirmed all stated characteristics Avtotreker and "AT-Karyer" the decision on start of the full-scale project was made. At the first stage onboard Avtotreker blocks and fuel flow sensors will equip 34 units of the different equipment, including four locomotives, BelAZ dump trucks, cement trucks and the career excavator of HITACHI. Also the dispatching center allowing to plan use of the equipment in real time visually will be unrolled to keep track of its location and movements, to control execution of plans, to reveal deviations and to prepare reports, waybills and other documents. As shows experience of a pilot project, the monitoring system will allow to control completely trips, idle times, places of loading/unloading of the CU and special equipment, to adjust control of fuel on dump trucks, cement trucks and locomotives and also to optimize work on career of BelAZ dump trucks. Further, fuel-servicing trucks and other vehicles will be connected to a monitoring system, and the monitoring system – is integrated with a corporate ERP system.
