[1]Avtotreker is the intelligent navigation system providing complex monitoring of moving objects using the systems of global positioning GLONASS and GPS. A system allows to optimize use of vehicles, to automate fleet management, to increase the responsibility of personnel and to provide status monitoring of a load. Thanks to system implementation Avtotreker expenses on fuel and operation are cut down, inappropriate use of transport is excluded, the investment attractiveness of business increases.

Implementation of methods of GPS tracking in a management system for corporate vehicle fleet allows to reduce sharply operating costs, it is much more effective to plan transportations and to service the bigger number of clients in smaller periods. The systems of GPS tracking give the chance to avoid unjustified fuel consumption, plunders and abuses that allows to save up to 20-30% of percent of means which the enterprise spends for maintenance of work of the vehicle fleet.

Control systems of transport of our development were implemented in more than 350 thousand units of motor transport (data of the end of 2015). The GPS monitoring of vehicles provided by Avtotreker group was managed to be estimated

Functionality

Control of movement of transport objects

Control of movement of transport objects - the major task in fleet management. Monitoring of Avtotreker vehicle fleet ® is made due to installation of the onboard block on vehicles. Using signal transmission of satellites through GSM network the monitoring system of vehicle fleet reads out coordinates of location of transport that allows to exercise control of movement of transport. As traffic control Avtotreker is made in real time, it is easy for manager to exercise control of a route of transport and its speed, and to react also without delay to non-staff situations.

In addition, the Avtotreker system ® saves a detailed story with exact coordinates of movement of the vehicle in the past. Such control of traffic allows to make efficiency analysis of work of each vehicle that will help you to construct an effective management system for vehicle fleet.

Function of control of a route of transport gives the chance to monitor violations in work of vehicles in real time. Therefore this rather new feature already received huge popularity among owners of vehicle fleet. To start control of a route you need to load information on the planned trajectory. Further at a vehicle exit from the planned route a system will notify you on an unplanned deviation from a route.

In addition, the Avtotreker system ® at control of a route considers the diagram planned by you according to which stops should be performed. Notifications about unplanned actions of the vehicle are made by any convenient method: the interface of the program, a sms and by e-mail that does control of a route of transport using the Avtotreker system ® to the most operational and convenient for our clients.

Control of cargo transport and control of transportation of goods

The Avtotreker system will help you to exercise control of cargo transport, and also to conduct constant control of a load if information on movement of the vehicle which transports it is unavailable to you.

Similar control of a load is exercised using the mobile onboard AT-Mobile block which can work without recharge up to 2 weeks. For control of a load with the Avtotreker system ® you just need to place the block in a container with goods and to receive notifications on movement of your load for two weeks.

Control of fuel consumption

Control of fuel consumption - one of the most demanded functions of the modern systems of satellite monitoring, costs for gasoline make up to 50% of transportation costs of the enterprises, and plunder of fuel is one of pacing factors of unjustified maintenance costs of vehicle fleet.

How does control of fuel consumption of GPS of the Avtotreker system ® happen? The fuel flow sensor is installed in a car tank where it collects information on liquid volume in a tank and transfers her to the onboard block. At the same time the AT-FLM-RF M1 fuel level sensor which is used in the Avtotreker system ® is wireless (radio sensor) that allows to mount it in the fuel tanks of any forms and the sizes and to save means on mount process. Our AT-FLM-RF M1 radio fuel level sensor can be also installed on several tanks that does control of fuel consumption of the Avtotreker system ®, the ideal solution for large vehicles with several fuel tanks. The AT-FLM-RF M1 radio fuel level sensor allows to guess unmistakably places and date of fuel dump and also - exact amount of the merged gasoline with an accuracy from 1 to 3%.

'The average cost of the onboard blocks offered by us is about 15 — 16 thousand rubles — the CEO of RNT Ivan Nechayev notes. — Their distinctive feature is the high intellectuality allowing due to preprocessing of data from sensors to minimize the traffic transferred on the systems of cellular or satellite communication. What, in turn, reduces load of servers and allows to build systems tracing many thousands of machines on rather inexpensive fixed equipment. In principle, for certain customers we can create management systems for land transport and based on the onboard devices which are already available for them. But in this case we are not responsible for reliability of these devices'.

According to Mr. Nechayev, Avtotreker precedes system implementation three-months testing of this system in the conditions of real operation. At the same time the main difficulty consists in overcoming resistance of drivers who approximately in 30% of cases all means available to them try to put either onboard blocks, or sensors connected to them out of action. The special persistence is shown at the same time by drivers of heavy machines. If they do not manage to commit acts of vandalism in relation to onboard devices, then they occasionally go on very risky 'acrobatic tricks': for example, try to merge fuel 'on the run' (business here that Avtotreker monitors situations when the machine costs, and fuel level in the gasoline tank promptly decreases). There is a lot of methods of 'economy' of fuel at drivers: for example, it is possible to switch-off the refrigerator of a cargo compartment of the refrigerator at the beginning of a way, and at the end of the way to include it again.

Growth rates of the market of a GPS/GLONASS management systems for land transport to some extent characterize production volumes of onboard blocks of the Avtotreker system'. If in 2009 such blocks 24 thousand pieces, and in the 2010th 41 thousand pieces were produced, then in their 2011 56 thousand were made already. And 42 thousand from them are already operated in really working systems.

Important feature of the Avtotreker system is localization of logical processing of the primary data obtained from sensors, directly in the intelligent onboard block. This block turns low-level indications of sensors into logical events, traces the rules describing admissible and inadmissible ranks of such events and according to these rules issues commands to controlling units. Rules allow to set the critical areas and threshold parameter values requiring special processing, to describe a route and acceptable deviations, to reveal emergency situations on the basis of certain sequences of events. And processing is executed even in a standalone mode. All this considerably reduces load of a data network and requirements to its availability and also allows to manage the difficult shipboard equipment with own set of the sensors, controlling units and rules describing logic of their work.

The line of the equipment is based on a technology platform of AT-10 for the first time provided by RNT company in 2010 According to RNT, AT-10 not only contains considerable number of innovations, but makes revolutionary changes to architecture of all system of an aircraft equipment of a monitoring system. The onboard block integrates with other elements in an intelligent network on which there is distributed logical data processing. It lifts limits for number and types of the connected elements, allows to support practically any protocols of interaction with non-standard devices. Besides, use of external programmable modules (the so-called "extender of ports") sharply simplifies and accelerates development of the typified applications, allows "untie" their lifecycles and development of the built-in software of the onboard Avtotreker block as central element of a vehicle network. In AT-10 also the set of other important technical innovations is implemented, in particular: dual-processor architecture of the onboard block and use in it full OS of real time, nondestructive reading of information from the standard onboard bus CAN, the built-in support of radio clouds technology for wireless connection of sensors and executive elements, Plug&Play technology for the additional wire and wireless hardware, protection of an aircraft equipment Avtotreker from shutdown of weight and faults of an electric power supply system of the car and mn. other. Also expanded built-in algorithms of self-checking and self-diagnostics, work with several cellular operators are noted that considerably improves communication with the dispatching center in places with a bad covering of GSM networks and also reduces costs for communication at distant freight and passenger traffic.

All these changes, according to the company, are extremely important for acceleration of development of the typified solutions, cost-efficient support both projects with the simplest complete set of the equipment, and systems with a large number of various sensors and difficult rules of local processing of all information stream on the most vehicle network.

The considerable volume of the innovations realized in AT-10 platform demanded long preparation for serial production. So, after completion of development, several months left on optimization of the built-in software, conducting long laboratory testing, bench and natural tests on different types of the CU in different climatic zones and arduous operating conditions (high humidity, extreme temperatures, dust content, vibrations, etc.).

Besides, for support of new opportunities of the equipment were required: creation of the corresponding versions of software Avtotreker, development of technology of implementation and also change of training programs of service engineers and service staff of customers. As a result, setup of an aircraft equipment became much simpler, many functions are performed automatically, more opportunities for more granular control of separate elements of the equipment appeared. Besides, techniques of the feasibility statement on projects were corrected, new procedures of diagnostics and testing are implemented, necessary changes are made to the production technology and a quality control system.

In basic a set of a borudovaniye enter: the onboard Avtotreker block, the extender of ports, a number of wireless sensors and the module of connection of the external equipment with legacy RS-232, RS-454 interfaces, etc. Further the complete line of sensors and executive elements will be mass-produced. Besides, in the nearest future RNT will begin porting on AT-10 platform of a line of the typified solutions.

The company locates a wide portfolio of such solutions – industry and "horizontal". Among them: solutions for public and school transport, safe driving, ambulance, mining industry, construction industry, agriculture, / d-transporta, refrigerator transportations, control of industrial diesel generator sets and mn. other.


On December 1, 2011 the Russian Navigation Technologies (RNT) company announced completion of development and the beginning of deliveries of a new line of an aircraft equipment for the monitoring GLONASS/GPS system Avtotreker.

This line includes the different sensors (for example, the multifunction AT-REF-Sensor wireless device or the wireless fuel AT-FLM-RF sensor) developed especially for the onboard blocks (OB) of new generation constructed based on the innovation AT-10 platform. These sensors distinguish: enhanced accuracy, the reduced dimensions and also a possibility of simultaneous operation on the vehicle network of the CU of several devices of one type.

Onboard AT-10 blocks interact with sensors and executive elements via digital interfaces, have the built-in means of self-diagnostics and recovery, and complex testing and setup of elements of a vehicle network is performed far off — using software "AT-Administrator". Due to the emergence of the new equipment softwares were made to it the significant completions and changes which made setup and diagnostics simpler and convenient. All this considerably simplifies implementation and maintenance of a monitoring system.

Onboard AT-10 blocks at the same time support two methods of connection of external devices: using a radio communication at distance up to 25 m (the original radio clouds technology developed by RNT) and through a wire digital trunk in which thanks to use of so-called "extenders of ports" there are practically no restrictions for quantity and variety of external devices. The devices expected both wire and on wireless connection entered a new line.

The radio clouds technology is exclusively convenient for the hidden placement of sensors and also in situations when because of design features of the CU to lay hardwired connection difficultly or impracticablly (as, for example, during creation of a vehicle network of road trains or tractors with trailers). At the same time the tough "binding" of each radio sensor to certain BB performed using software "AT-Administrator" provides high security of a radio channel from interception and noises and also prevents cross impact of the equipment entering radio clouds different the CU, been near (for example, on the parking or at the movement in a motorcade).

The technology of a radio cloud turned out so successful that absolutely new AT-REF-Host device allowing to connect wireless sensors to widespread onboard blocks of the AT65i series was created.

2010: A monitoring system of Avtotreker transport in regions of the Russian Federation: Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region

Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region hold a specific place on the economic Russia map. Here the giant enterprises occupied in the real sector of economy work: mechanical engineering, ferrous metallurgy, mining and defense industry. At the same time, thanks to implementation by the Government of Sverdlovsk region of a complex of programs for support of an entrepreneurship, effects of a global economic crisis are overcome and actively many other industries develop: construction, food industry, transport transportations and logistics, security services and collections, distribution and retail. Besides, state programs on creation of modern infrastructure and implementation of the innovation methods of management of traffic flows are implemented. It will allow to disclose natural advantages of provision of the region as intersections of all automobile and railway transcontinental means of communication and to create the powerful transport and logistic hub connecting Siberia with the European part of Russia.

All this creates favorable conditions for development of the regional fleet management market, attracts on it large players and leads to the high competition. So, today in the region about 25 companies proposing to customers solutions in the field of monitoring of transport actively work.

To implement market potential and to take on it the leading positions, RNT company in 2006 opened the representation here and began to create a partner network. From this point and so far in large projects the main contractors are the regional representative office and the central office RNT, and dealers are involved in works on start and maintenance of the dispatching systems. Such business organization allows to bring as fast as possible to local market the newest developments of RNT, lifts limits for scale and complexity of projects, gives the chance to extremely reduce an implementation time and at the same time to guarantee to the customer permanently high quality of an aircraft equipment, works and the solution in general. Besides, RNT company beforehand receives the broadest picture of market development and changes of requirements of key industries that allows to consider completely these data in marketing, and often, – and in development plans of new versions of the Avtotreker system and the typified solutions.

Implementation of this strategy brought notable results. Now by every fourth machine connected to monitoring systems of the enterprises of Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region the aircraft equipment Avtotreker is installed, the largest corporate dispatching centers apply solutions RNT, at the same time the Avtotreker brand is several years the leader in a number of key segments of this market.

In 2010 large projects on creation of corporate dispatching command centers by transport were executed in the construction industry and the sphere of cargo transportation. Let's especially note two such projects: in JSC LORRI (the largest international carrier of the Urals and Siberia) and in AMOTEA Engineering of Groups Ltd (the largest construction company of the Ural region, the contractor of JSC GAZPROM). Besides, last year transport monitoring systems in JSC Gazpromneft Urals, JSC Alfa-Bank, TRANSSIBURAL, BROZEX and Alyans groups, SUE SO Reftinsky poultry farm, NGT-Holding, Transservis, ZhKK Karpinskaya, Zhilkomservice, "Krokus-Stroykomplekt", Sverdlovsk Transport Company Ltd, JSC YuTEK-Nyagan, JSC NERS, on Nitsinskaya agricultural firm, etc. were created. In total in a year 557 sets of an aircraft equipment Avtotreker were installed. The share of the typified solutions exceeded 50%, and total sales exceeded a similar indicator of 2009 seven times, at the same time the marginality of projects considerably increased.

The Avtotreker group announced in January, 2016 integration of an intelligent GPSGLONASS system / monitoring of Avtotreker transport into mobile Thermo King refrigerating units and provided the new product "AT-Thermo King Integration".
