Within the project based on the Central dispatching service in the city the single automated regional navigation and information system which controls public passenger transport, transport of services of the emergency reaction (the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, "Medicine of accidents") and special technical services is created (housing and public utilities, DEP, Vodokanal, etc.). Also Ryazan became one of the first Russian cities where the information services for the population based on GLONASS technologies were implemented. On the special websites residents can obtain information on traffic jams, monitor public transport service (also the version of service for access from the mobile phone works) and to learn about exact arrival time of transport to a stop.
