"Кузбассхлеб" consolidates assets on Compass instead of 1C

The Kemerovo holding "Kuzbasskhleb" after consolidation of separate assets made the decision on implementation of a uniform ERP system on the Compass platform though most the enterprises worked for 1C earlier.

The Krone of XXI management company integrated eight baking productions of the Kemerovo region belonging to it in uniform holding "Kuzbasskhleb". When process was complete, the company had a need for the centralized ERP system: now on Kuzbasskhlebe the implementation project of "Oracle Elite Compass" started.

At seven plants from eight at the same time before consolidation used the platform of 1C as a basis for the accounting systems. And only at one, however, largest plant "Kemerovokhleb", since 2002 used ERP from Compass.

It would seem, it was in this situation simpler to make 1C of the main information environment of uniform holding. As the chief expert Compass Igor Jacobson, still [[Jacobson Igor Grigoryevich|]] told TAdviser [[Jacobson Igor Grigoryevich|]] when the decision on automation of "Kemerovokhleb" then already compared Compass and 1C was many years ago made.

Comparison by the majority of parameters, including on high-speed performance, appeared for benefit of Compass. "Long-term operation strengthened them in this opinion. Probably, also the fact that we have Oracle the version is important, and they prefer this DBMS. And functionality on Compass it is automated during this time more, than at other plants on 1C. So it is unknown whether there will be a volume of replacements at one plant less, than on seven, but small and with lower level of automation", - he noted.

According to Igor Jacobson, nevertheless, before start of the new project the management of holding nevertheless considered several other platforms, including production management based on "1C2 from the Novosibirsk franchisee.

Implementation term Compass at the first plant is already registered accurately – until the end of 2011. As for the project in general, approximately it is going to be completed next year. In "Kemerovokhleb" there are already about 50 users of 1C, and upon termination of the project in their all holding there will be about two hundred.

The indicative project budget at this stage makes 8 million rubles, but this digit can change, reported TAdviser in Kompas. Now also the possibility of implementation in addition to accounting modules of management subsystems by production and budgeting is considered. Installation and system implementation at all enterprises will be performed by the Kemerovo partner of Kompas company of IP Metslav.

The Kuzbasskhleb holding integrates since 2010 the bakeries of the Kemerovo region finding under control of Krone of XXI company and controlling in this region production of the lion share bakery and confectionery. The holding includes 8 enterprises, 3 of which are in Kemerovo. The others are located in such localities of area as Belovo, Yurga, Prokopyevsk, Aspen forests and Mezhdurechensk.
