ABBYY Recognition Server and "BOSS-Referent. bpm: financial document flow" in 40 divisions of Tele2

ABBYY company, the software and service provider in the field of linguistics, recognitions of documents and data entry, and IT company announce system implementation of electronic storage and management of documents "BOSS-Referent. bpm: financial document flow" in the Russian representative office of the European mobile operator Tele2.

During the project more than in 40 divisions of Tele2 in 37 regions of Russia the solution consisting of a system "BOSS-Referent was implemented . bpm: financial document flow", the developed IT group on the IBM FileNet platform, and the software product for process automation of input and document handling of ABBYY Recognition Server. Such solution most fully met the requirements of the customer thanks to an optimal ratio of level of technical capabilities, qualities and the prices.

Consolidation of all regional offices of the operator in uniform information and managerial space for process automation of preparation and approval of documents became the main task of a new system of electronic storage and management of documents. Application of ABBYY Recognition Server in this system allows to provide effective stream input and recognition of documents. As a result the current volume of the processed documents is 700 thousand pages a month. In the next year this indicator is going to be increased more than twice.

Within the ABBYY Recognition Server project provides automation of input and document handling in subscriber, legal and financial services of mobile operator. The subscription service uses the solution for automation of input of the registration forms and other documents completed by subscribers. In legal departments "Tele2 Russia" using the solution of ABBYY requests from third parties are processed, and finance division adjusts input of the arriving delivery notes, acts, invoices, etc. The recognized data are exported to the unified information system "BOSS-Referent. bpm: financial document flow" on the IBM FileNet platform.

In general the system of electronic control by documents together with ABBYY Recognition Server helped Tele2 to cut down expenses of the company. It occurred thanks to performance improvement of work of the employees occupied in dokumentoyemky business processes and also cost reduction on supplies. After implementing solution the speed of information flows increased, the efficiency of interaction between divisions of the company, suppliers and subscribers increased.
