Idea of creation of a product BOSS-Referent. bpm: financial document flow it was prompted by the market. The pre-crisis period of integration of the organizations led to understanding that the most reasonable scheme of processing of primary financial documentation in geographically distributed structures is the organization of the centralized accounting. For this purpose, as a rule, based on one of offices the accounting department which is responsible for collecting of documents (accounts, invoices and other) from all branches of the organization and their processing is created. However without use of the automation equipment such scheme does not give notable reducing costs for accounting — there are delays in the course of collecting of documents, transmission losses and storage, complexity with document retrieval and preparation of the reporting.

BOSS-Referent is developed by a command for the solution of these tasks a product BOSS-Referent. bpm: financial document flow. At the heart of a product the powerful platform of one of market leaders, IBM companies — FileNet intended for work with large volumes of data.

The logic of work with the application assumes that in each branch the responsible (without vocational accounting education) enters the scan images of primary documents into the system. The specialist of the center of processing — the centralized accounting — receives already recognized and attributed document from a system, makes its check and wiring in an accounting system. The built-in integration BOSS-Referent helps to accelerate work. bpm: financial document flow with the main ERP systems and accounting applications (SAP, Oracle, 1C and others).

Studying of results of use of a system for the centralized accounting in the large Russian enterprises allowed to record the positive economic effect which is expressed in the following indicators:

• not less than by 30% it is reduced labor costs of staff of financial divisions at the expense of an exception of the transactions connected with manual processing and copying of paper finance documents;
• not less than the error probability in managerial and tax accounting, the penalties leading to application decreases by 50% from the state regulatory authorities;
