On September 20, 2011 in Moscow at the EduTech Russia 2011 exhibition the presentation of the software product of new generation for the organization of distance learning – eLearning Server 4G took place. Essentially new approach of HyperMethod company to training implemented in the new platform became a starting point of creation of this solution: eLearning Server 4G not only gives the chance to study, but also forces to learn well.

On the one hand, this software product is compatible and integrated with products of the eLearning 3000 family, social networks, Web 2.0 and SCORM, its tools allow to create rates, tests, educational modules, to hold webinars and video conferences; on the other hand, eLearning Server 4G represents independent service with the adaptive and motivating training system. The functionality of a new system of distance learning ensures team functioning, gives the chance to users to create and save the interface of the program "under itself", to keep track of dynamics of objects and to describe processes, to use ample opportunities of the built-in graphics, to change roles of participants of learning process.

The design of the software is developed according to wishes of users: simplicity of setup and embedding of additional plug-ins, ergonomic navigation, graphic statistics, modularity and scalability – all this does learning process easy and intuitive. The cross-platform open code system allows to plan and arrange educational process, to predict its efficiency, to select material through context search and the built-in management tools knowledge. Optional versions of the eLearning Server 4G system allow to use different devices for access to it, including Android, iPad and Mac OS.

JSC Gazprom, JSC VimpelCom, the International center of Lomonosov Moscow State University became users of the new version of the program already.

How to stimulate employees to be trained, improve skills and at the same time to satisfy their needs for respect and self-development? It is known what public manifestation of gratitude does the employees happier, and happy employees are more motivated to work.

The electronic management system for motivation allows to measure and accumulate on the basis of corporate values achievements of employees (production, professional, educational and others), to broadcast them on the level of all company using a corporate portal and to monitor their influence on result of business in general.

2015: The release of eLearning Server 4G of version 4.7 is released

On May 20, 2015 the HyperMethod company announced an output to the market of the version of eLearning Server 4G of version 4.7.

In this editorial office software the Tape of activity – the chronological list where all essential events in a system concerning the user are displayed is implemented.

The tape of activity aggregates events from different sources and provides to the user online access to all updates from any page of the Portal.

The traced activity

  • Messages which came to the user personally, including messages from the system administrator, the teacher or fellow students.

  • Discussions in blogs, forums, wiki in which the user accepts or can take part, including services of interaction in a training course and at the level of the main portal.

  • Notifications about appointment to the user of new occupations, adding of new information resources in a training course, exposure of estimates, feedback to the performed tasks.

Need of search for branches of a forum of answers to questions is eliminated - the listener sees them in a tape at once, and receiving the notification on purpose of a new course, can instantly pass to its page. It is simpler to teacher to keep track of activity in social services of the rate and task performance.

The tape helps the user of eLearning Server 4G not to be lost with a flow of new information and does training in a system even more convenient.
