Specialists 1C-Rarus completed the project on automation of operational accounting in Sea Force company - the Russian distributor of Rivage cosmetics. On the basis of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product the information system allowing to manage deliveries, sales, warehouse stocks and orders of buyers is created. An opportunity to carry out efficiency analysis of a trading activity and the purpose of its further increase is given.
The decision on implementation of the software product is made for the purpose of creation of a transparent accounting system in the trading company. The product allowing to automate the following sections was required for Sea Force company:
- Supply management and sales;
- Management of warehouse stocks;
- Order management of buyers;
- Customer relationship management (CRM);
- Price analysis and management of price policy.
For the purpose of accounting according to standards of the Russian legislation the distributor of cosmetics selected domestic development – the product "1C: Trade Management 8" on the basis of the system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8". Responsible for project implementation appointed 1C-Rarus company.
Implementation of the software product in 10 workplaces allowed to automate execution of primary documents of a trade and inventory control and also documents of cash flow.
The Sea Force company had an opportunity to plan sales and purchases and to analyze a goods turnover of the enterprise thanks to obtaining the analytical reporting. The software product allowed the distributor to carry out monitoring and efficiency analysis by a trading activity for the purpose of its further increase.
