Tervolina replaced Sendmail with cloud mail of Google

The retailer "Tervolina" changed the old system of corporate e-mail Sendmail for a cloud service from Google.

The retail chain stores Tervolina specializing in sales of footwear and consisting from more than 100 shops in the cities of Russia and the neighboring countries made migration to a corporate system of e-mail.

Earlier in Tervolina company used Sendmail, one of the oldest agents of mail transfer (MTA — mail transfer agent). Sendmail is distributed for free together with source codes, there are versions of the program for almost all operating systems and hardware platforms.

However, in process of business growth Tervolina was required a mail system which would allow to keep in contact between outlets and the central office more quickly. As such system the Google Mail mail was selected, together with Apps Google services it was delivered by Softline integrator.

In Tervolina calculate that cloud solutions from Google will allow to increase an information exchange rate repeatedly. All shops "Tervolina" work as the uniform harmonious mechanism, management of which is performed on places under control of the central office located in Moscow.
