The project of the protected data network for FGAOU VPO'S accounting Siberian Federal University

The Siberian branch Nvision Group Ltd completed the works on creation of the protected data network for FGAOU VPO'S accounting Siberian Federal University - the largest higher education institution in Siberian Federal District which part four largest Krasnoyarsk higher education institutions are.

Ensuring personal data protection of the employees, students and partners processed in a data network with the smallest costs and in the shortest possible time in compliance with requirements of Federal law No. 152-FZ "About personal data" became the purpose of project implementation.

Selection of a data network of accounting from the main network for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the Russian legislation in the field of the data protection processed in information systems SFU, minimization of information risks of higher education institution and prevention of the possible damage caused to SFU owing to implementation of threats of information security became the main objective for specialists of NVision Group within this project.

At the first stage of the project complete examination of an information network of personal data of the Customer was conducted. Prototyping and bench tests of an information security system and technical project development became the second stage. Commissioning was carried out to project completion.

As a result of the performed works as specialists of NVision Siberia the project documentation on an information security system was developed and also the system of two-factor authentication on the basis of electronic keys of eToken provided by Aladdin R.D. company, the leading Russian developer and the supplier of means of authentication, products and solutions for information security support and confidential data protection is implemented. This implementation allowed to improve significantly process of registration of users in a system. Control of lifecycle of electronic keys is exercised by means of a new software version of Token Management System. For defense of perimeter of network and the organization of remote access the solution of StoneSoft company was implemented.

At work on selection of network of accounting great attention was paid to ensuring continuity of work both internal, and external concerning the protected network of users.

"Project implementation will allow FGAOU VPO to protect with higher quality Siberian Federal University the available personal data and to fulfill the requirements of the Law with the smallest costs.
