Aladdin's partners are Russian integrators (51% of revenue was received from them in 2011, this is the main component of the sales channel), distributors (16%), as well as developers who embed Aladina solutions in their own products (15%). Another 16% of sales came from EDS certification centers, 2% of revenue was brought by partners in the CIS.
The largest number of projects, as they say in the company, was devoted to the protection of remote banking systems (RBS), personal data, as well as the organization of legally significant electronic document management. Among the customers, Aladdin allocates banks AK BARS, Independent Construction (NS), Probusinessbank, Raiffeisen Bank, Rosbank, from other industries - the Russian Union of Auto Insurers, Rostelecom, SO UES, as well as a number of government agencies - the Pension Fund, FCS, FTS, etc.

During the year, Aladdin managed to climb one place (in 2010, in a similar report, the vendor's share was 10.6%) and bypass Check Point. IDC predicts in 2012 the growth of the volume of the Russian market for hardware information security solutions by 50% compared to 2011[2].

At the same time, the company's own developments and certified products accounted for over 80% of total sales. Such successes of the company were due to the entry into the market of the Secret Disk Enterprise solution - a corporate system for protecting confidential information at large enterprises, successful certification of the Crypto Database product intended for data protection in Oracle DBMS, as well as obtaining a positive conclusion from the FSB of Russia on eToken GOST as a means of cryptographic information protection (CIPF).
In 2010, with the use of Aladdin R.D. products and solutions, 124 projects were implemented together with partners in such large companies as Alfa-Bank, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service of Russia, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, Gazprom, Vozrozhdenie Bank, Gazprombank, Megafon.
